Located on a beautiful street with lots of cafes, restaurants and bars. Really safe. Minutes walk to Angel of Independence. The staff were so attentive and friendly. The apartment were spacious and super clean. Housekeeping came each day. Really recommend staying here!

One of my best hotel experiences! :) From the moment I arrived, the entire staff was incredibly welcoming. The hotel is spotless and has several restaurants on-site, which is very convenient. The first night I had noisy neighbors, but the staff immediately moved me to another room without hesitation. Both rooms had beautiful views — though I especially recommend the one overlooking the park. Taxis are stationed right outside the hotel, which feels more like having high-end Ubers at your doorstep. The rooms were kept immaculate, and I really appreciated the large glass bottle of water delivered each day. The club lounge offers an à la carte breakfast with an amazing view, while the buffet on the R floor is also a solid choice, with a nice variety of food. The housekeeping staff stood out to me as well. The cleaning lady greeted me every morning, and after I came down with a fever during my stay, she even checked in to ask how I was feeling the next day — such thoughtful gestures make a big difference. The hotel also arranged for a doctor, who arrived in less than an hour. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and I loved the special touch of receiving a plate of delicious chocolates on Independence Day. Overall, an outstanding stay with incredible service and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

This place has very helpful staff and a great location. We appreciated being able to do our laundry (complimentary, with detergent) and also store our luggage on our last day, as our flight was around midnight. There are lots of really good restaurants and cafés within just a few blocks, and a great ice cream shop across the street. The unit itself was clean and tidy, and had all the amenities that we wanted. Really comfy bed too, albeit a bit low. Overall, a great place to use as a base for a week or more exploring Mexico City.

We had a great experience, we stayed for 9 nights and we could have not asked for a better place! The whole hotel staff were super helpful and friendly. The atmosphere is very homey and the rooms are equipped with everything!! Location is a dream, and there is a 24 hour receptionist / security on guard. We have found our second home in Mexico! The property is near to Airport. The property is very clean and its homely atmosphere . It has all cooking facility and vert neat & clean. The host Mr. RICALDO is super human and given us a family touch and more over he assisted us in easy check in and always ready to serve to all our reasonable needs and wants . We were overwhelmed by his helping attitude and he and his mom both are wonderful host . He ensured every hour of stay that we live peacefully . He on our request picked us from Airport and also cane airport to drop us . He is very helpful in all aspect of stay . He clicked few photos too. We recommend very strongly to use this stay not only before and after flight rather to see Mexico sight seeing as we are sure he take best care and he is always eager to help us . At her home there lies a beautiful small garden which we enjoyed . Last but not least he did very good massage to make us relax by doing good massage . He is very talented and though he tried to speak good English though he is not speaking English fluently but always does best communication and shown great commitment .
