The hotel will let you know where the taxi should drop you off. it is about 1-2 minutes walk from the drop off. The owner will meet you at the drop off to guide you to the hotel. The location for the Hotel is really strategic. We stayed for 2 nights and managed to explore the main area multiple times. The sound from nearby pubs were off around 11pm so it wasn’t an issue for us. The owner was try friendly and helpful in his suggestions (especially on good food). We will stay here again in future.

One of the best experiences I've ever had! The kindness and generosity of the host truly went above and beyond anything I've experienced before. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth, helpfulness, and genuine care. It didn’t feel like just accommodation—it felt like visiting a friend. Every detail was taken care of with such attention and thoughtfulness. I would recommend this place to anyone, not just for the comfort and location, but because the hospitality is something truly special.

Zhangjiajie Twelve Warm Inn-Tianmen Mountain Ropeway Station se nachází v destinaci Čang-ťia-ťie a má bezplatné Wi-Fi, neplacené soukromé parkoviště a výhled na město. The owner Jenny was amazingly friendly and helpful! She helped us book all the transport, tickets and plan our routes everyday. She even helped us buy other tickets after we left the hotel. My partner doesn't speak Chinese and a helpful local in China is priceless. The service itself is worth the money, you don't even need a tour guide. Good location as well, walking distance to Tianmen mountain cable car station and the main town.

Mountain View Guesthouse se nachází v destinaci Čang-ťia-ťie a poskytuje bezplatné Wi-Fi ve všech prostorách a pokoje s klimatizací. Very friendly hosts who helped us organise all activities. Great location with a market outside every evening and walking distance from the main park entrance. Would definitely recommend this place for people visiting Zhangjiajie National Park.

雾里观阵山 Foggy Valley se nachází v destinaci Čang-ťia-ťie a poskytuje ubytování s zahradou, neplaceným soukromým parkovištěm, sdíleným loungem a terasou. Národní park Čang-ťia-ťie je 13 km daleko. Měli jsme skvělý pobyt! Ubytování bylo čisté, útulné a přesně odpovídalo popisu. Personál byl velmi vstřícný a komunikace probíhala bez problémů. Oceňujeme pohodlnou postel, dobře vybavený pokoj a to i se saunou na pokoji a také klidnou lokalitu. Určitě bychom se sem rádi vrátili a doporučujeme všem, kdo hledají pohodlné a příjemné ubytování uprostřed Avatar parku.

武陵山水客栈Wuling Shanshui Hotel se nachází v destinaci Čang-ťia-ťie a nabízí pokoje s výhledem na hory. Jen 19 km odtud je Národní park Čang-ťia-ťie. This is great a hotel! About 10min walk from the main entrance to the Avatar park. Lady at the desk helped to buy tickets to the park( it was cheaper thru her then official at the park gate. Everything worked. Our passports were the tickets) breakfast is nice, and enough to start the day. Rooms are clean. When checking out we received gifts . There is a laundry room on the top floor which was very very useful! Especially after hours of hiking! Laundry soap for free. Lady at the desk and her husband were very helpful. They even let us take a shower at lobby bathroom even though we checked out. I was very glad that we chose this hotel over others because the friendly kind atmosphere. Very good warm memories forever in my heart. Thank you!!!

The staff is very helpful and kind. They helped us plan our itenary and book tickets on our behalf. The hotel also offers a free airport pickup by car and shuttle to Zhangjiajie National Park Middle gate. The swimming pool is well maintained and great pleasure to swin after a long day of hiking. From the pool you have direct mountain view, and by taxi it is only 14 minutes to the national park and about 30 minutes to Wulingyuan village.

It was a quiet, clean accommodation, and we had everything we needed. Breakfast and the latte were good. The room was cleaned every day, clean towels, and tooth brushes were provided each day. Steven speaks English and helped us a lot booking tickets to the parks and mountains and organising our trips, making our stay hassle free and enjoyable. They also provide free transfer from the airport.
