The room was stunning—clean, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated, making it a perfect retreat. The highlight, though, was the incredible staff who went above and beyond when I lost my AirPods. Carol, Aileen, and Martin in particular were relentless in their effort to help me find them. Thanks to their determination, I got my AirPods back, which was a huge relief. I can’t praise this hotel enough for both its beautiful facilities and the exceptional service.

This is a wonderful hotel in a quiet residential area of Shenzhen, away from the urban hustle and bustle. Our room was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. The staff members were outstanding -- specifically, Ian (manager), Fiona and Song (front desk) -- were gracious and always ready and willing to help. We'll be sure to stay here again on our next visit to Shenzhen, and we highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very clean, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The staff were incredibly kind and always ready to assist whenever I needed help. One great feature of the room was the washing machine, while you need to dry your clothes on the balcony, it’s well set up for that purpose, which was a huge help during my stay. The location is excellent, with a metro station and shopping centers nearby. It’s just a few minutes from the technology trade center, making it an ideal base for exploring Shenzhen. I would definitely stay here again!

We had an excellent stay at the HRH Shenzhen. Thanks a lot for the help about our Taxi to the Manager MR. Aaron and the kind help from James for guiding me to the ATM nearby and for the luggages. DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Shenzhen Longhua, Near Huawei, Foxcnn, Shenzhen North Railway, Uniwalk & Uniworld Shopping Mall, Sam's Club se nachází v destinaci Šen-čen. Super clean and staff was very nice. I got there very late and plenty of staff present.

Luyue Hotel Movie Hotel Huaqiangbei Convention and Exhibition Center Branch se nachází v destinaci Šen-čen a nabízí ubytování s fitness centrem, neplaceným soukromým parkovištěm a terasou. The staff were excellent. Not great at English, but tried where they could. Whenever I passed the reception desk, they always smiled and were just great the whole time. Location couldn't be better.
