The property was beautiful and relaxing. The pool is perfect for the times we didn't swim in the sea. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the food and drinks provided were delicious and reasonably priced. Good pressure and hot water if needed in the shower! Would definitely stay again!

I stayed 5 nights woth a friend in the bigger room, then by myself in the treehouse! Both were super lovely and special, my favourite was the treehouse! They offer you a few breakfastoptions, all of them freshly made from scratch and super yummy! Cutest Cat Umi is always happy for cuddles:) Will be back for sure😊

My stay in Riohacha was absolutely fantastic—an unforgettable experience that blended comfort, culture, and Caribbean charm. The accommodations were top-notch: clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully furnished to provide a perfect home-away-from-home. I especially appreciated the peaceful ambiance and the touches that reflected the local Wayuu heritage. The neighborhood was a true highlight—quiet yet close to everything. Just a short walk from the malecón, I could enjoy sunsets over the sea, delicious street food, and vibrant local markets. It felt authentic, welcoming, and safe, with friendly locals and a laid-back vibe that made me want to stay longer. This was the ideal base for exploring La Guajira—from Cabo de la Vela to the salt flats of Manaure. Whether you're here to relax or to adventure, this spot is a perfect launchpad. I’ll definitely be back!

I think the best part was reaching the hotel, driving through the desert to the beach was a real adventure, it was fun. The hotel is nice, there are just few rooms so not many guests around, no music besides the swimming pool area which is really nice and far away from the rooms so there are no noises. The hotel has a Tulum style decoration, open air shower in the bathroom so you can get a shower looking at the moon. The beach is really nice, huge with enough beds for everybody. If you're seeking a quiet and private space away from noisy guests, this is the place. Staff was really nice and the owner too. I suggest to buy food and beverage before, as the restaurant closes at 8.last but not least, ac was working perfectly.

This hostel is one of the best hostels we have been on our travels! The atmosphere is so relaxed and you can have a great time there. We loved the activities like movie night or mangrove tour, parties or pizza night. The location is perfect with the river and the sea very close by. The room and facilities were cleaned every day and the chill space was really chill 😃 Every day there is food at fixed time frames and it makes people come together and it’s easy to make connections. The staff and volunteers are super nice and it was a pleasure to hang out with everyone. It makes sense that people stay here for more than a few days.
