The included breakfast was very good and there was a nice selection. We ate many other meals in the busy restaurant and enjoyed that also. They have a nice patio area in the front where we had pre dinner drinks.

The property offers bright and vintage styled rooms furnished with white wood. All rooms feature a private bathroom, mostly with a level-access shower and some with a spa bath. We are delighted with this place in every way. The rooms are clean, cozy and modernly furnished, with attention to every little detail. The cosmetics in the bathroom were of high quality, with a very pleasant smell. Additionally, slippers and bathrobes await guests, which is nice. The hotel itself is located about 300 meters from the beach, next to the park. The hotel has a very good restaurant, as well as a sauna and gym. The service is nice and very helpful. It was important to us that the hotel has its own parking lot, as well as the possibility of booking a pet-friendly room. Our dog received bowls, a treat, and a map with the nearest beaches available for animals for the duration of his stay. As for the breakfasts, they were perfect, made from the highest quality ingredients. They would definitely delight even the most demanding people. We were also surprised by the wine given to us on the day of departure. We will definitely return to this place more than once (especially for a longer stay) and we will recommend it to all our friends. It is ideal not only as a stopover on a journey, but especially to relax here for a few days.

The Strandhotel Glücksburg is a stylish base from which to discover the region’s idyllic golf courses, Glücksburg Castle and Nordic Walking Park. The settings was absolutely stunning. The Stradhotel is like a dream come true. From gorgeous views of the beach to restaurants near the water serving quick meals with a view.The resort was top notch. We rode the electric bikes through the woods and around a nearby castle! We even rode past a pair of beautiful horses grazing next to the fence. The breakfast was over the top serving Mimosa with an elaborate array of meats, eggs and breads.

A copy of a daily newspaper awaits you at your table. Really cosy hotel, friendly staff, spacious apartment. Breakfast was wonderful. Wish I could have stayed there longer.
