We stayed just for one night, but were very satisfied with everything. It has large living room, kitchen and bedrooms, so it is good even for 8 adults. Keys were in a box, so no problems with checkin-checkout. Private parking was also nice.

This peaceful hotel is in the Lolland town of Bandholm, by the sea. It offers a sea-view garden, WiFi and on-site parking are free. We’ve stayed here on a few occasions whilst travelling to Sweden and back to the UK. This is the best kept secret in Denmark. Love the location, only 15mins from the ferry terminal. It’s peaceful, has everything you could want. They welcome dogs, which is great. The food is absolutely exceptional! It’s creative, beautifully presented and delicious. Lots of choices for carnivores and vegetarians. The staff are brilliant, always helpful and friendly and nothing is too much for them. If you are looking for a gem. This is it.
