The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location is perfect — close to everything and within walking distance of all the main attractions. We were delighted with everything and will definitely return if we visit Seville again. A small note for light sleepers: the walls are a bit thin, so you might hear other guests in the hallway at night. In that case, earplugs could be helpful.

Special thanks to the housekeeping lady named Marielyn — she is one of the best and most honest cleaning staff I have ever met. She was extremely clean, thorough, and trustworthy. The spa was nice and relaxing, and the location is perfect. I enjoyed my stay so much that I have already recommended the hotel to several friends and I would love to stay here again in the future.
