It is on the western coast of the island, so if there is a sunset, you would see it. On our days, it was rainy, but that simply brought a different kind of beauty. The beaches were mostly empty - we had them to ourselves. There are several ways to get to the beach below, and all are an easy, short walk. Yet, the hotel is elevated, so you have a lovely view of the coastline. The room was light and airy, and very clean. There is plenty of storage space, and a nice shower with plenty of pressure. The bed was very comfortable, and there were room darkening curtains. The hotel was full when we were there, but it was still quiet. Breakfast is not included, but we found it to be worth the price. There was a lot of variety in the pastries offered, along with cheese, meat, boiled eggs, cereal, and fruit. We would recommend this place, and would stay again.

Nestled in the heart of La Rochelle and set in an 18th-century building, Maison des Ambassadeurs is just a 5-minute walk from the Old Harbour and offers a 24-hour front desk as well as a concierge... Raphael greeted us by attending to our car. He later gave us many tips and places to see and to eat. He was so very nice. Tiffany treated us to an upgrade which was so very kind of her. We were greeted with her friendly smile and warm welcoming followed with a glass of champagne. Such a pleasant entrance to our stay! The room was absolutely gorgeous. An entire area dedicated to coffee, hot chocolate, and a fridge with drinks, etc. The main room had a table, sofa, chairs, end table - all was comfortable and spacious. The bedroom was large! A king bed (super comfortable), end tables, a huge closet with robes and slippers. The bathroom off the room was also large! Nice lighting, mirrors, sink and wonderful shower.

Situated in the lively Saint Nicolas district in La Rochelle, this hotel is surrounded by antique dealers, bars and cafés. It offers free Wi-Fi and a conservatory with large sofas and tropical plants.... Absolutely fantastic location

Zenitude Hôtel-Résidences Saint-Paul-lès-Dax nabízí ubytování s balkonem a terasu. Vlakové nádraží Gare de Dax se nachází 5,8 km odtud. Absolutely clean and comfortable, We (family of 4) would stay more days if not going so far on my journey. This is in my favorite list when I get back in this route. The bed was so nice and the flat is incredible with lights coming in, when we woke up we had an amazing view from the bosque.

This hostel is a clean and comfortable place close to the beach and shops. The hosts, Romane and Baptiste, make you feel welcome and create a friendly atmosphere that helps you connect with others. During the day, you can surf, play beach volleyball, chill, and hang out with their friendly dog. When you need to recharge, massages are available. It’s more than just a place to sleep, it’s a place where good memories are made. I’m already excited to come back!
