Best property for the price in my entire trip so far . The landlady is extremely focused on customer satisfaction and aims to excel at what she is doing. It’s hard to find people like this anymore, she is very passionate about what she is doing so talk to her if you have issues with your stay before reducing the property rating because this place deserves 10/10 . it has amazing views and it is the only property i stayed which is more beautiful than the pictures on booking.com

Manolis is super friendly and always ready to help. The location is fabulous with the private beach nearby. The barbecue zone has all the necessaries.

An amazing location, very clean, the rooms have everything you need, the view is superb, very close to the beach and stores and the owner was extremely friendly and caring. Also the breakfast is delicious, with lots of types of food. I recommend it for everyone. Can't wait to come again next year!

Above and beyond what you need/expect. My holiday had issues and was foreshortened but the lady owner was lovely,understanding and accommodating.The rooms are of a high standard, ours had a magnificent view....sunsets, the bay, the lights, the verdant countryside and hills. The dining facilities were excellent....as good as any local restaurant. All in all, as a seasoned traveller and having used hundreds of hotels over my last 40 years travelling I can say that choosing to stay here would be a decision that you're unlikely to regret.

Great little world 5-10 mins walk from everything in Limenas. The breakfast was buffet style and a little different every day and featured some of my family's favourites both on the savoury and sweet side. End of July after a heat wave there were no muskitos, parking was readily available, often in the shade, WiFi was consistently good, the air conditioning was strong and it was spotless clean everywhere. To top it all, the owners were super friendly and helpful and the island is a hidden gem.
