This place exuded good vibes. The entire staff were all fantastic. So helpful, so accommodating, so friendly. If you have any travel related questions or are in need of recommendations on where to go/what to see/how to get there they’ve got your back. The food prepared in the kitchen is top notch and super affordable. Beds were comfy enough. Facilities were clean. They even have a clothes washer with plenty of lines to hang dry. Lots of space for chilling/relaxing.

I was looking for a peaceful place where I could do my yoga and meditation practice, surrounded by nature and animals. I found paradise here. Keegan is the sweetest host, he brings such an incredible shining energy into the stay. He is always available to help and support for any need or question. The property is kept super clean, it's surrounded by nature and many animals dogs, chickens, a cat, goats, which make it even more magical. The big terrace at the top is so beautiful and great to do yoga/meditation/read/relax. I stayed for 2 weeks and I am looking forward to coming back to this wonderful place that feels like home. I am so greatful, thank you so much Keegan 🙏🏼

Owner Sajeev and caretaker Vijayan looked after us really well during our stay. The location is fantastic - it's outside Varkala which is great if you are looking for somewhere away from the tourist crowds but bear the beach. There was a quiet beach nearby which we had almost to ourselves at times. Swimming in the sea as the sun went down was one of the highlights of our trip to India. The room was a good size with air con and a fan. Breakfast was served outside on the terrace. There is also a washing machine for guests which was really helpful for us as we are backpacking. We were lucky enough to have visited during a Hindu festival and saw plenty of free entertainment at the temple next door. Varkala is only a short tuktuk ride away and has all sorts of different restaurants and shops. Thanks for a memorable stay!

My special thanks to Mr Albin - he has been one of the most humble and amazing host, with his constant assistance and my endless needs , a very dedicated person to serve us the best. and also Mr Kartik to help keep patient with our endless inquiry.infact all the staffs are amazing. From the food service to guard they have been the most humble and always with the best smile on their faces. The rooms are spacious and neat. Love and the best experience. My first trip to India and I can say I ended it in the best way.
