We had an absolutely amazing stay at RajBagh by Aaryam in Sawai Madhopur. This place is a true hidden gem that exceeded our expectations in every way—even after staying in several well-known five-star hotels throughout our journey in India. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality, and we were lucky enough to receive a room upgrade. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and offered a stunning view. The bathroom and furniture were luxurious, and the hotel had the best water pressure we encountered during our travels—a small but significant detail that made a big difference. The hotel is located in a peaceful area, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. We loved spending time in the beautiful garden and the clean pool, both of which created a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. Dining at the hotel was another highlight. We enjoyed both breakfast and dinner at the restaurant, and every dish was delicious. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They even helped us arrange a late evening transfer from the train station, which was a huge relief. For those planning a safari, the starting point is just a five-minute drive away, making this hotel an ideal place to stay. We highly recommend RajBagh by Aaryam to anyone visiting Sawai Madhopur. If you looked up the word hospitality in a dictionary, then you would see the face of the manager, Mr Sanjay! From the moment we booked, Sanjay organised transport from the train station for a very fair locals price. whenever there was something we needed Mr Sanjay got it fixed. Safari didn't want to pick us up from the hotel and Sanjay got on the phone to them and organised pickup from the hotel. The hotel is very clean, comfortable bed, great pillows, good food for fair prices. staff are good. If you are planning a tiger safari I would ask the hotel to organise it as I would trust them a lot more than the booking safaris. (unfortunately we had our safari booked already through an outside company, and it was a farce) We wish you the best of luck for the future Mr Sanjay, thank you for your excellent hospitality! sláinte

I had a wonderful stay at Madho Bagh in the beginning of April. The tents feel very luxurious and the property is a beautiful green oasis, where you can find peace and quiet between tiger safaris in the National Park. I planned my trip to Ranthambore quite last minute, but the owners did a great job securing three canter safaris in the best zones for Tiger spotting (and yes, I was very lucky and saw tigers during two out of three safaris).

Every touchpoint during our stay was met with a warm smile and a genuine willingness to assist. The experience felt nothing short of royalty. A special mention to Khushal at the front office, Kunj from F&B, and Krishna at the restaurants — it was a pleasure interacting with them and being so well taken care of. The property is expanding but retains an old-world charm. We stayed in the Deluxe Allure Suite, which was spacious, well-designed, and perfect for a family — with ample space for luggage and a generously sized washroom area. And lastly, the food — we thoroughly enjoyed it! A wide variety of options were offered, and the meal timings were thoughtfully planned to align with guests returning from sightseeing, ensuring there was always something to look forward to.

This was the best place I have stayed in India, good breakfast, a spacious room and really nice staff with good service. They also arranged a tiger safari for me which was the highlight of my trip!

We stayed only one night to do the Ranthambore safari. The staff was very helpful. They also mediated with our safari tour guide due to an error in our tickets. The place was very clean and we had a nice breakfast. It is a family business. It is easy to find but if you reach there by night like us be sure to get in touch with the owner to get the right way.
