Shardul is an attentive and knowledgeable host, always making sure we had everything we needed and helping us enjoy the best of Bardia. His family is incredibly warm and welcoming, and we felt at home from the first moment. On safari, we were lucky to spot a tiger, rhino, and crocodile — a true once-in-a-lifetime experience! The food Sarita prepared was outstanding, honestly some of the best we had during our whole trip in Nepal. Everything was perfect — hospitality, comfort, food, and wildlife. Highly recommended!”

What a gem. I have been to Bardiya three times and Wildplanet is king. The rooms are comfortable, the property is beautiful, the village is charming, and the staff welcomes you like family. I seriously love this place. The other reviews will rave about the legend that is Baba and his team and their efforts in conservation and educaiton and talent as guides - but one aspect I don't see discussed is the quality of traveler Wildplanet attracts. Every night I seem to find myself engaged in fireside chats with the most fascinating of people. A constant stream of passionate thinkers, wildlife scientists, curious travelers and wild adventurers. Love it!

And nanu explains you how the safari goes to happen. he will be your guide during the safari. i did safari walking and jeep. i saw tigers/rhinoceros/elephants/snakes/monkeys...). good price!! there are 2 or 3 rooms. usually not a lot of people. big room with mosquito net, fan ceiling and your own bathroom. it was clean. nothing to say. i paid 210€ in all : for 4 safaris walking and 1 safari jeep, meals, free water bottles, room. 8.5 days!! safari begins at 7am and finishes like 6pm. bardia park is good if you want to avoid the tourists like in chitwan. so lets go to nanu homestay if u want a very good experience in a local family instead a ressort expensive and without contact with the owner.

The garden is lovely and the rooms look great. We were in the jungle with the owner, Papu, for many days. He is a very skilled guide with excellent English, who doesn't only have a lot of knowledge of the animals and plants, but also cares about safety and the wellbeing of the animals we observed. We were very lucky to even see two tigers on different days with him. I really appreciated his knowledge of birds too. Very happy to have had you as our guide Papu!

Jungle Base Camp se nachází v destinaci Bardiyā a má zahradu a bar. Toto ubytování nabízí pokojovou službu, restauraci, akvapark a terasu. Hukum, the owner and guide, worked so hard to make sure I had a good time. His wife provides the meals, which were excellent and organic (many of the items are from his own garden). He helped me plan an itinerary for my time there. His prices were reasonable for the excursions. I saw a tiger and elephant in the wild as well as many other species of birds and animals. Although it's significantly more expensive than the other day trips, I would recommend the rafting. It was peaceful and a unique way to see Bardiya.

Mr. B's Place se nachází v destinaci Bhurkīā a poskytuje kola zdarma, zahradu, terasu a bar. Mr B’s Place, mere steps from Bardiya National Park, is run by a lovely family. It would not be enough to say that the rooms are clean and comfortable, that the food is fresh,delicious and cooked to order when you wish and that the walking safari and the jeep safari are exciting and fun. It is the people that make the difference. The staff is friendly and attentive, ready to help and make your stay just right. Special thanks to Dipok, our jeep safari driver and especially to Loken our knowledge guide who not only made our two safari days special and filled with unique experiences but also took such good care of us during our 4 day stay. Thank you also to Bibek who welcomed us and helped us find a mechanic for our motorcycle malfunction. Highly recommend Mr B’s place for your time in Bardiya. We left our hearts.

Bardia Kingfisher Resort se nachází ve městě Dhakela, 500 metrů od národního parku Bardia. V rezortu je zdarma dostupné Wi-Fi. Ubytování má terasu a posezení. K dispozici je také jídelní stůl. Everything was brilliant, from the guided hikes to the help to sort bus travel and more. On the hikes my guide Mahendra went way above what any of the others did to try and spot wildlife but in a eco friendly way. The owner and his wife were very kind and treated me like part of the family. To visit here also take the bus from Kathmandu, it’s an adventure in itself.

The rooms and gardens are lovely. This is a true rustic eco-lodge blending beautifully with the natural surroundings. The lodge is walking distance to both the Elephant Breeding Centre and the main entrance of Bardia National Park. Our host Madhu, is a certified safari guide and we enjoyed an exceptional day on private jeep safari with him and a driver seeing a tiger, rhinos, many deer and monkeys.
