This is a luxury hotel at an affordable price. The decor and fixtures and fittings are stylish and modern. The shower was the best! All staff were all so friendly and helpful. We were looked after so well. Milan at the front desk made sure our holiday went smoothly and was very attentive to all our needs. The breakfast was delicious with excellent coffees. We also ate dinner and lunch here and all the food we ate was delicious and reasonably priced too. We did 3 excellent trips with Raj our very knowledgeable safari guide - a walking safari, a canoe trip and a jeep safari. Due to Raj’s knowledge and patience we got to see a wild rhino up close! All the staff made us feel like family and nothing was too much trouble. We were sad to leave. Milan arranged private transport for us to Bhaktapur and it’s a long drive but the driver was very professional and safe. Highly recommend everything about this hotel! It was even an easy 10 min walk to Main St and the sunset viewing platform in town.

I had a great stay at Tara house, Such amazing kind n generous family running the house Always smiling, helpful, and just offering from the heart That's why i felt home away from home... The room is spacious and clean with hot shower. Good WiFi. I loved the beautiful green cozy garden full of ducks and chickens...so peaceful. The house located in quite area away from.the main street and the noise. Yet it's like 20 min. Walk to the main street of Saurah where many shops,restaurants. There is nearby river like 5 min walk. Almost 30 min. Walk to Saurah bus stop..or you can take a tuktuk for 200 Rupees. It is almost 30min walk to elephant breeding center Just FYI. ..If you love and care about animals, i don't recommend getting a ticket and get into the breeding center itself cuz it's truly a heart breaking seeing the poor mother elephants with their babies in chain just for the sake of the tourists to take photos and have fun.. I felt regret that i made it to the breeding center and had to watch that crime ....i didn't know that was the case Apart from that...the surrounding forest of the breading center is really worth visiting and enjoying the sunset their by the river ... Vikki can book for u Safari tours and also the bus. He arranged private tuktuk ride to 20 thousand lake for 1500 Rupees. And also booked for me the bus to Kathmandu for 900 rupees. This was one of the best experiences we've have ever had in 30 years of travelling. Bishnu and his family are simply delightful! From the room to the great Nepalese food, to the amazing animals and birds! What we saw from rhino's to the amazing birds and the garials were simply stunning!A lovely family which helped made it simply memorable!

The staff is very humble and the service is amazing. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The food in the hotel is tasty and homely. Overall, the entire experience was very enjoyable. 10/10 highly recommended place.

Beautiful hotel and rooms. Very clean and good food. Staff is amazing and very helpful to organize your stay and activities.

Sapana Village Lodge se nachází uprostřed zeleně, 1 minutu jízdy od centra města Sauraha, a nabízí bezplatnou dopravu do a z chaty. We had an amazing time and felt like at home at Sapana Lodge. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. The location is great and we could see the elephants just from the hotel terrace. The food is super tasty and fresh. The hotel offers lots of activities, and we tried walking tour and jeep safari, and we could spot many animals during the tour. The atmosphere is so relaxing and peaceful, would love to stay longer.
