You need a 4 WD car to get to the camp, but the host can pick you up at a designated location.

Amazing Desert Experience – Peaceful, Clean, and Unforgettable! I stayed at the desert camp for one night on my own, and it was truly one of the best travel experiences I’ve had. The camp itself was beautifully set up – very clean, peaceful, and with a truly magical atmosphere under the stars. What made the experience even more special was the amazing driver and guide, Ali. He was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and made me feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire stay. His passion for the desert and local culture really came through, and he made sure everything was perfect. Even though I was traveling alone, I never felt lonely – just completely relaxed and in awe of the stunning surroundings. Highly recommended to anyone looking for an authentic and memorable desert experience! And the food was really nice too.

Desert Diamond Private Camp se nachází v destinaci Badīyah v oblasti Al Sharqiyah a nabízí neplacené soukromé parkoviště. Lovely homely environment with a touch of elegance. The owner of the camp sat with us around the camp fire and told us stories of the Omani culture and ensure we enjoyed every moment of our visit. Humaid was very humble and welcome. I would visit again!

Lovely place with charming atmosphere and outstanding staff. Special thanks to Farhan, who did everything to make our stay memorable and most enjoyable. There was no request he couldn't take care of, absolutely incredible! We can highly recommend staying there, everything was just perfect.

We had an amazing experience to sleep in the middle of the desert. The tent has everything you need. The bed is big and the bathroom is equipped with everything and it’s a nice experience to go to the bathroom at night and see the stars. We also had dinner and I would recommend it. It was delicious and after that we had a camp fire with marshmallows and guitar songs. The staff is amazing and very friendly. I recommend to stay here for an awesome Oman desert experience.

The hospitality and warmth of the people here takes all the credit. The tents were good and had comfortable beds. Very well setup. The food was good especially the morning Kadak chai. It was a very good stay and experience. Special mentions to Badar who was such a fun guy. He also took us for a drift in his 4x4. He is a very happy jolly person. Very good host.

What made my stay even more special was the way he surprised me for my birthday. He arranged a small celebration in his beautiful traditional tent, surrounded by other guests, creating such a heartfelt and touching moment that I will never forget. The staff at the guest house were also exceptional, always smiling, helpful, and attentive to every need. The environment is peaceful, beautifully set. One of the highlights of my stay was the boat trip organized by Salem, where we had the chance to see dolphins in their natural habitat. It was magical and truly a once-in-a-lifetime moment. SandGlass Camp se nachází v destinaci Badīyah a nabízí ubytování s posezením. Všechny ubytovací jednotky mají kuchyňský kout, sdílenou koupelnu a terasu nebo balkon s výhledem na město. Sunset and sunrise is great frome hill (5 min from camp). Camp has free transfer from town! Said is a wonderful host. He organized an interesting unique accommodation in the desert, he organized a delicious traditional dinner and breakfast. And he also managed to create an atmosphere of friendship and unity between the residents. People from different countries gathered for dinner, breakfast and just casually and shared their impressions. Said is an interesting, positive, smart person who makes sure that his clients have fun and are interested! I would like to separately note that in the evenings it is great to sit by the fire, tell and listen to stories and admire the stars in the desert. This experience is priceless. Thank you very much. I highly recommend this desert camp!
