They are very clean, cosy, rustic and stylish, with enough privacy, fast WiFi, daily refill of water/coffee/cocoa, daily cleaning and fresh towels (if wanted), and basically everything you need – including fantastic breakfast and dinner. Namton and his family are lovely hosts, very kind and attentive, and he ist an amazing chef as well – I stayed for a week and tried everything from the menu, Thai classics as well as local/northern specialties, and it all was delicious, creative and beautifully arranged. Highly recommended! Will definitely come back if I visit Northern Thailand again.

We had both little houses for the four of us. After settling in we took a walk around the small hill town and enjoyed seeing folks just doing what they always do rather than reacting to a tourist van bringing in customers. Both homes were pristine; beds were super comfy with lots of extra blankets for the chilly night. And the views! Both houses (but especially the one down the hill) had the perfect 'mist rising over the fields' views and vibes. Hosts were very friendly but you'll need google translate. I see this place as a 10 for what it means to provide, it isn't luxury but it's real.

It was a bit far but no really far from the main city, which we enjoyed a lot. We had the room with the bathtub in the balcony and it was great to relax at night. We had dinner at their restaurant twice and loved the food, everything was delicious, sometimes the “easiest” things took a bit longer but it was because they prepare everything from scratch and you could taste it. The restaurant should be promoted more!

If you are looking for a quiet place to stay near Chiang Mai - don't think twice, this is it! Breakfast is delicious, owner is super friendly and speaks English fluent. I would like to point out that the hotel grounds are very cozy. There are several good cafes nearby. Obviously, this place is quiet because it is far away from the city center so you would better have some transport. But there is enough parking spaces.

We had an amazing stay - felt cradled in nature, yet in the comfort of impeccable service and superb facilities. We celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary and they prepared a bouquet of pink roses, flower-decorated buggie to take us to our pavilion and special treats in the room.
