Soo I started  reservation of a room with a travel agency at the Drury Inn and Suites in San Antonio.  The next day after confirming San Antonio, I logged in and completed what I thought was reservation of the room I originally started. Upon arrival, we met your awesome security guy, sorry can't remember his name and after we went inside and checked in. I sent my family to the room to get comfortable while I parked my truck. Upon arrival to the room I found my beautiful wife sitting in a chair inside the room with the curtains opened looking out the window. And I explained, baby we have a balcony and asked why are you inside looking out side. She showed me that we have no balcony. So in a  bit of despair, I looked at the room reservation and it did not Include a balcony. I immediately went to the front desk ad explained how much my wife loves to take pictures and being outdoors and somehow the room/ reservation changed and I did not verify and asked how much to upgrade to a room with a balcony. I felt so bad whatching my wife just looking out a window. Alexis! I hope I spelled her name right listened to me and understood the delima I was in, took a look and said I can get your family in the room you thought you were getting initially at no extra charge. I was blown away. I don't know how you found her and or Renea your assistant GM. All your staff is amazing including your cook. He watched attentively over the food out your kick back 5:30 to 7 pm.  Thank you Alexis and everyone keep it up. My family and I will only stay at Drury Inn and Suites in San Antonio tx if you continue to employee the type of amazing folks we met today!!! Thank you,  Rodney Ketner

Providing direct access to the scenic San Antonio Riverwalk, this hotel features an outdoor rooftop swimming pool, indoor pool and 2 whirlpools. Free Wi-Fi and daily hot breakfast are also offered. Excellent hotel, excellent location, professional and helpful staff. Spacious and clean rooms, excellent food. The stay at the hotel was very good.

Situated 14 km from the River Walk, this San Antonio hotel has a complimentary hot breakfast and rooms with free WiFi. The little happy hour with food in the evening was great. Pool was well maintained and clean.

Staff was lovely, due to flight cancellation could not check in on reserved day but after a few calls they transferred my booking to next day

Kimpton Santo San Antonio - Riverwalk by IHG se nachází v destinaci San Antonio a nabízí kola zdarma, venkovní bazén, fitness centrum a bar. Brand new hotel. Amazing service and beautiful rooms. Great location. However it really misses a normal restaurant on site. It only has Dean’s Steakhouse which is a great venue but quite pricey (room service is also from There). Staff was super helpful and greeted my kids with stuffed animals

Rivercity RV Park se nachází v destinaci New Braunfels a poskytuje ubytování s bezplatným Wi-Fi a klimatizací, venkovní bazén a fitness centrum. The property was exceptionally well maintained. The manager, Maribelle was really nice and greeted us by name upon arrival.

Friendly and lively atmosphere. Good restaurants, pool and staff. Good size rooms and well equipped with comfortable beds.

Drury Inn & Suites San Antonio Airport se nachází v dobré lokalitě ve čtvrti North San Antonio - SAT v destinaci San Antonio. Staff were awesome. Dinner Buffett very good and a surprise. We were able to keep our vehicle parked there until our returned flight. Free shuttle too

Home2 Suites by Hilton San Antonio Lackland SeaWorld se nachází na ideálním místě ve čtvrti West San Antonio v destinaci San Antonio. The staff were all amazing, very friendly and accommodating. The Hotel itself was really nice, rooms were spacious and very clean and comfy. Breakfast had many appealing options. We have really enjoyed our stay there!
