The Hotel at the University of Maryland is located directly across the street from the main entrance to the University campus, and 13.9 km from Washington DC. Free WiFi is offered. Modern and comfortable. Very clean and the view on the University of Maryland was amazing. The free shuttle service was the crowning of it all.

When I checked in, the receptionist gave me a free upgrade! I said I did not need it as I was only one traveling but he insisted that I should have a bigger room in case my son visited. (I was in the U.S. for his event) As my flight was late in the evening, they held my luggage for me at the store room. Really nice people and great service! Highly recommend!

Heaven on Washington Fully Furnished Apartments is situated in Washington in the District of Columbia Region, 300 metres from Newseum. The accommodation features a spa bath. I travel a lot and use the services of AURBNB and booking.com. Staying in Heaven was absolute heaven. It was very comfortable; everything was in its place, and the kitchen was amazing. There were lots of additional services, such as a swimming pool, sauna, and sports gym club. It was very clean and had nice service.
