Incredible facilities, everything was modern, spotless and luxurious. The Executive Suite room, with the large hot tub and city view, was well worth the upgrade. The rooftop restaurant Bangrak Grill was outstanding and reasonably priced. The token system was also very interesting, wish more hotels would follow this example. Loved the Spa that was open until midnight.

The staff was just amazing. Beyond expectation. The hotel was super clean. Early checkin with no fee. While waiting to complete the check in we were offered a free soft welcome drink. The bed in our deluxe room was super comfy, and the room was spacious. Great view from the 22nd floor. The room was perfectly sound proof so we had a very pleasant stay. Breakfast is just perfect.

The hotel is very well located, the rooms are spacious, clean and confortable. There are two pools with great views, good restaurant. The breakfast is really well stocked. The staff was super nice, I had a problem with a taxi and they were very helpfull, specially Nueng (concierge). Thank you very much for the great stay, highly recomended.

The staff at the Chatrium were excellent and very helpful. They made my visit all that more special. The hotel is amazing and whatever scent they are using throughout the lobby is intoxicating. The pool and breakfast areas were outstanding! Great location if you want to do some shopping! Right next to Central World and Siam Paragon!

Comfortable one night stay. Great outdoor swimming pool. Great location to experience khao san road. Bathroom light not working immediately fixed by staff. Friendly and helpful staff

Great location in a nice residential neighborhood with lots of good restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Large 2 bedroom/bathroom suite with sitting area and small kitchenette with a washer/dryer. 16th floor outdoor swimming pool and hot tub. Breakfast served in an Italian restaurant on the ground floor.
