Absolutely EVERYTHING! The Imperial is a tranquil oasis in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Delhi. As soon as you reach the property you feel like stepping in a different world. Relaxed and well taken care of there was nothing that could have been done differently. Breakfast is a delight and the garden is beautiful, too. Thanks to the F&B Manager that took some time for a lovely chat and looked so well after all guests.

This is honestly the best hotel I have ever stayed at. What really made my stay was hiring the hotel car for a trip to the Taj Mahal. We'd meant to go by train, but couldn't get tickets. I went to the concierge desk the night before the trip and they were able to arrange a car, driver and excellent guide on such short notice Truly felt like royalty in every aspect. Stayed in a club room and loved the lounge, which had a free buffet all day.

Wow, this hotel is just as spectacular as the photos. The staff were very friendly, the food great and the room very comfy. A wonderful treat to stay here before departure from India.

The staff were very warm and welcoming - special mentions to Rakhi / Nishika at front desk, the two doormans and Neel at the restaurant. Used the gym on a daily basis. Room was spacious and functional.

Fantastic breakfast (best parathas I ate in India) and perfect localization. Walking distance to beautiful Lodhi Gardens (perfect place for morning walks and yoga), Safdarjung Tomb and Khan Market. Employees that make you feel home. I would surely return.
