We ended up staying 2 more nights. The biggest highlight was the private beach, we were there alone most of the time and the sea is perfect for swimming. The beach is equipped with sun beds and a shower. The hotel offers 4 course dinner for 7000 rupees per person and ayurvedic massage for 35 dollars. It is the perfect place if you want to relax in a beach resort.

The view over the lagoon was amazing . We sat outside for breakfast over looking the lagoon a very special view.

He can arrange anything for you and tell you stories about his life. There was great internet access and every room has a balcony with table and chairs if you are working online or just enjoying a quiet sunset. The pool was clean and brand new. Every room had a kettle and small fridge for snacks if you don’t want to eat out every meal. Breakfast was great and made fresh every day. More food than you could ever finish! When they open their restaurant, I’m sure it will be great, too.

We were a bit worried it is far from city center but ended up staying on the property for whole 3 days without leaving at all. Amazing room, private empty beach. Building is beautiful, spacious and very well designed. Your eyes will be resting wherever you look. Staff is super attentive and takes care of anything sometimes before you know you want it. The food is delicious, pricy compared to Sri Lanka but definitely worth the value. Mutton biriyani was out of this world. We were in a low season and there was only 6-10 guests in the hotel. Altogether about 15 rooms on the property. Wake up early to catch the sunrise! Worth every rupee
