As a family-run business, it offers everything one could need to explore the charming surroundings of Salzburg. The location is excellent, situated close to all the lovely small towns. One of the best boutique hotels I have ever stayed in.
The hotel is truly high end, with a wonderful and attentive staff. I especially appreciated the attention to every little detail.

Beautiful view of the lake and green meadows with cows. Сomfortable and well-groomed area, you can walk nearby on country roads and look at other farms. Very friendly hosts. They are not intrusive, it was as if we were ourselves. We will be back again! This is not written in the description, but if you are relaxing with friends, then there are 2 rooms next to a common veranda. Very convenient, we had dinner together outdoors.

If you are without a vehicle and dependent of a public...
If you are without a vehicle and dependent of a public transport, you are in for some massive dissapointments. There are zero public transportation available on weekends and the cab costs 45 Euros to pick you from the nearest railway station ( 6 km), to the hotel. This one was a deal breaker for us. We paid for 2 nights but stayed for just a night.
