The staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs. A welcome food hamper was waiting for us in our room. A clean room with a very comfortable bed. We had a fridge, and a coffee machine as standard, but there was also a free coffee machine (with a variety of different coffees) available to use at any time near reception.

The room was spacious and comfortable, stunning view from our 4th floor window and it even had a coffee machine which was just a lovely touch. The breakfast was the best continental/hot breakfast combo options I experienced during my trip through Vancouver Island. They even had a pool which was such a treat after 2 weeks traveling. Loved the place. Stunning areas like Campbell River, Oyster River and Elk Falls are less than an hour's from there.

Vera was super friendly and the bed was comfortable. Just what was needed after a long travel day. Lovely location right opposite the water. Breakfast was an added bonus. It was lovely chatting with Vera over breakfast, whilst also watching the hummingbirds outside the window.

Amazing house! Perhaps the most beautifull dining room with open kitchen I have ever seen. The large window provides a wide view over the mountain. The place was very clean. The kitchen is extremy well equipped. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom, with a bath next to the window looking over the mountain. The beds were very comfortable. We regretd no staying longer.
