I'm traveling from Japan, and Thusis is very convenient for sightseeing as both the Bernina Express and Glacier Express stop there. it is very difficult (and expensive!) to find accommodations with parking in Chur and St. Moritz. Fantastic hideout in beautiful landscape. Absolutely recommended to explore the beautiful area nearby but also to stray further to fantastic sights such as Viamala. Everything was perfect, nice room, nice bathroom, all together a lovely and cozy hotel. We also had dinner in the hotel, the food was very good! Breakfast did not have many things to choose from. I think this was because there were not that many people in the hotel. Breakfast had everything we needed so it does not devalue our opinion of the hotel. The hostess was nice and gracious.
