Czech Republicthe hotel has perfect location, there is one skiiing area nearby. the reception is so convenient and it took less than 3 minutes to check in. the view of the room is wonderful. we can see the lake with 360 degress from the window. the manager has agreed with our propose to start the breakfast 20 minutes earlier than planned, which made us sufficient time to enjoy the skiing lessons. thank you all the staffs of Leyla Hotel.

The Hotel is located on the banks the lovely Lipno lake . We were there for only two nights and just loved it, The room was tidy and very clean, Restaurant was good. Breakfast was tasty with good variety, No parking problems too.
The front desk staff were friendly and kind. We would like to especially thank Thomas from the front desk team for all his help which made our stay there excellent.

The place is truly picturesque: right nearby lies a quiet...
The place is truly picturesque: right nearby lies a quiet lake, surrounded by lush green forest. Just a hundred meters from the hotel, there is a lift that takes guests straight into a magical woodland with breathtaking views. Along the forest trails, you can enjoy peaceful walks, or, if you wish, rent bicycles or scooters and set off on a little journey among the trees and fresh air.
The hotel itself is a highlight of the area. It offers delicious and varied food, with a warm, friendly, almost family-like atmosphere. Cozy restaurants and cafés are within walking distance, so everyone can find something to their taste.

if you hiking, biking, running, swimming, fishing, or just wishing to have silence - it is excellent place but do not forget to have food with you because super/restaurant is closing too early and nothing you can find in the city
suggest renting car because it is very small city and one central street of 100-200 meters, no more. ..
but city itself has nothing to see inside.
after 19:00 you can find only alcohol everywhere and not any small piece of food :-) ...

We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed Cesky Krumlov and the surrounding area. The house is set up well and spotless. Everything you need is there.
It overlooks a pasture and is next to the local lake. You are in rural CR and it is fantastic. The surroundings give you a great feel of the "real" Czech Republic. Very highly recommended.

The village is small and peaceful, located by the charming Lipno Lake, with its own ferry that takes people across toward Austria. From time to time, the calm is interrupted by passing cyclists or motorbikes heading either to the Czech side or toward Austria. Just a short walk from the ferry, there’s a small bistro with fair prices and plenty of seating. Some of the holiday homes are located in a quieter part of the area, perfect for relaxing away from the crowds.

The accomodation was great and the hosts were happy to help out with any questions. Lots of space for a big party of guests, great facilities, kids were never bored. Views were nice and there are good places to hike.
It was further from Lipno than I expected (the purpose of our trip was to go skiing). I thought we would be staying in Přední Výtoň but it was much further. That said we had cars so it wasn't too big of an issue. I wouldn't recommend staying here without a car unless you plan to spend the entire trip at the house.

Everything was just amazing.
Everything was just amazing. Well equipped and you can find anything you need. The only thing we faced was I didn’t like it’s when We arrived late at night and it wasn’t so clear from where to pick up the keys, picking keys is from a related hotel about 5 minutes drive.

While it is a seasonal tourist town for summer and winter holidays, the ambiance is still quiet and friendly instead of nearby larger places like Lipno nad Vltavou. Small shops for groceries are present. The nearest large shopping centre is at the beautiful city of Ceský Krumlov.
Visit Lipno nad Vltavou for the fun ride in the bobsled, Treetop Walkway and go skiing of langlaufen. In the summer, have fun on the lake with rental paddle boards or go hiking in the woods south of the lake. Don't miss the beautiful city center of Ceský Krumlov and visit at least one castle like Hluboká castle at Hluboká nad Vltavou.

Top of the place to stay here in area lipno see! 9 to 10 points about the penzion. 9 for the rooms and place. 10 for the friendly stuff and the options near the penzion kackuka DaJa kackuka means the bird sounds kuck kuck :-) ceske krumlov very nice. Food in the restaurant great fresh and original Boheme and eco or bio organic. Train biker car traveling easy. Only the wheater can making bad days but life is so simple ☆☆☆☆ Look at your soul and find the best things in you. Do what you like just for fun. Love peoples theres heart like yours and living free feel free or setting in a courtroom for damage mind about a depression. Here is a place there can heal your heart, soul and body disorder. Lipno nad Vltavou is great town for families, it is mainly tourist town in winter for skiing and skating and in summer for boats and bikes and scooters :) Therefore they speak English and German everywhere.
There are a lot of to do including swimming pool, bobsleigh track, there is also an aquapark in Frymburk (10 minutes from Lipno nad Vltavou by car). It is great for walking as well, you can visit Cesky Krumlov, Monastery in Vyssi Brod. If you walk by Vltava river it is only Downhill, however there are a few places witch beautiful view like Certova stena (Devils wall view) 2.5 km from Vyssi Brod. We love it there :)

We were in Frymburk out of the season , so i cannot provide and objective review. During out stay, the most restaurants were closed. Also the near attractions were closed.
We were using local hairdresser service from Milena Juhaňáková on Náměstí 76 38279 Frymburk. The lady was very unpleasant.
