Spa room was great! Spacious with a jacuzzi, sauna and massage table and a big smart tv We were celebrating a special occasion and the staff went all out for us with room decorations and a small cake. Pool was nice for some relaxation and there was a pool table to help pass some time

Terrible Experience - Avoid HOST PRIME APARTMENT IN REHAB! I recently booked an apartment through Booking.com with HOST PRIME APARTMENT IN REHAB for my family, including young children, and it was a nightmare from start to finish. The host, Abdulaziz, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. The air conditioning didn’t work, and neither did the washing machine, which made our stay extremely uncomfortable, especially with kids. To make matters worse, two hours before our scheduled check-out, Abdulaziz turned off the electricity, leaving us in a terrible situation. This company is a scam, and I would strongly advise anyone, especially families, to avoid booking with them. The lack of basic amenities and the host's unprofessional behavior made this the worst experience we've ever had. I expected much better from a property listed on Booking.com. Save yourself the stress and book elsewhere.

My stay in Madinaty was excellent.

My stay in Madinaty was excellent. The flat was very clean, modern, and fully equipped with brand-new furniture and appliances. The location was great, quiet, and convenient, making it easy to relax and move around. The host was generous and welcoming, offering water and chocolates on arrival, and kindly allowed early check-in and late check-out. Everything was smooth and comfortable — I highly recommend staying here in Madinaty.

i had been stay for 4 days and tenant offer anther apartment rather than the one i book thru booking , calming it will be more comfort with a family of 5 members and frankly speaking from day one , washing machine , Wifi was not working and cleaning hygiene was acceptable since we found Cigarettes pods on the floor and end up with black out for electricity due to tenant was not charge enough money via electrical card , i told him such apartment is not belong to him and he is not aware about anything inside apartment , however location is good .

One of the most amazing trips I did, besides an organised trip to Saqqara and Dhashur I organised everything myself. Be prepared to hackle a bit if you use a taxi/uber. Typically old town is very accessible by metro, followed by 20-30 minutes of walking. Traffic is dense, and traffic lights/crossings almost don't exist, so you have to be comfortable crossing 2-4 lanes of (typically rather slow) traffic. Use round abouts for that purpose.

Dont stay here is the best review and advice I can give anyone. The location is good but the apartment is terrible. There is too much to write about but I started looking for an alternative 10mins after I got there.

Wonderful location, nice city. everything is available by delivery (Water, food) The only think we didn't like is the lack of wifi. as the password provided was not working and they didn't respond later to our request of having the wifi passport.

Loved my stay in downtown Cairo much more than the Giza area. I felt completely save walking around downtown Cairo on my own - lots of friendly locals assisting you with crossing the busy streets. It can be noise at night but that is part of the charm of the area.

Madinaty is a lovely area, the apartment that was booked ran out of electricity, when it was 42 degrees outside, the owner didn't like friends coming to the apartment it was not a friendly place to stay, unlike the last time I stayed in the area
