This hotel was a nice surprise. When we arrived, we discovered that it was under reconstruction, but a room was ready for us and no noises disturbed us during the stay. In the room, we were happy to discover a brand-new shining shower and other newly installed equipment. A british-style 2-tub sink was a bit of surprise, but it did not bother us. The room was fine and big enough, the bed was comfortable, and all was nice. All was very clean. The stuff was super-friendly, especially the hotel owner was nice to us. And the breakfast!! It was superb! I’d stay there again for the breakfast alone. All in all, it’s an extremely nice place with excellent breakfast, very well suited for and warm-welcoming cycling or hiking travellers. It’s a real gem on the road! Maybe the only thing that we'd recommend to add would be a door or at least a curtain separating the toilet from the room. Even though there is sort of a wall, it feels... unusual. Probably it's in the reconstruction plans...

I spent one night in this delightful small hotel. It was a convenient stopover but I would certainly return. There used to be hundreds of simple, family run hotels like this across France but few remain, replaced by soulless chains. The Hotel du Mouton Blanc has only 5 rooms, but they are individual, with character. There are tea/coffee making facilities and even a communal microwave. The patronne was helpful and my breakfast, like the hotel, was good value.

Really friendly country hotel. The restaurant food was amazing and well worth trying. The staff are lovely. An easy walk out of Ronchamp and Le Corbusier church (we are both relatively fit).

Great hotel right in the middle of all the action in Vesoul. Superb breakfast, clean and recently renovated. Excellent value for money. A filled minibar in your room; rare these days.

Ideally located in Luxeuil-les-Bains, you will be near to the casino, the theatre, the cinema and the baths, and a few minutes walk from the city centre and the train station.

Nice clean and very spacious room on the edge of a nice town.
