This hotel is in a great location, so quiet and accessible from the M74. There is plenty of free parking. The Classic Scottish breakfast was freshly cooked with ingredients - delicious. The room was large and clean, with comfy beds. I heard nothing from the other residents, I thought I had gone deaf! The staff were great, friendly and helpfu.

This was an interesting place and we would stay there again in a heartbeat! I'd read other reviews that said it was quirky and I guess that is true. It's located off the M8 near Glasgow in an area called Eurocentral. From what we could tell it was an area that was just a bunch of office buildings. After 5 p.m. it's like a ghost town--except for this hotel. You walk in the front and pass through heavy curtains into a dimly lit, but stylish lobby. You feel as though you've stepped into a James Bond film. There was a rather busy fancy bar through a doorway to the right of the reception desk. There were elegant-looking guests sitting in the lobby near the fireplace sipping their drinks from the bar. Our room was modern, clean, and comfortable. The shower! Oh the shower! So powerful and strong and luxurious. I wanted to shower multiple times just to take advantage of it! The parking was simple (huge lot). Their gym was not accessible for some reason, so they gave me a keyfob to go use a gym in a nearby building. It was a boxing gym with tons of equipment and I was literally the only person there! I had the entire place to myself.

A beautiful hotel in a stunning location. The room was nice, spacious, clean and nicely furnished. The bed was also very comfortable, and we were provided with a kettle, tea and coffee. We also had dinner which is served till 8:30, and the meal was delicious. The breakfast was great as well and with a variety of options. We also had the opportunity to go for a walk nearby with breathtaking views of the river and the Falls of Clyde. Highly recommended.

We were there for three nights and had numerous opportunities to see the staff provide service. They are exemplary. Very friendly and welcoming. It’s an old building with plenty of charm. It’s in a convenient location with easy parking. The meals are excellent. Great value.

It's an ok area with friendly locals and plenty of shops from large supermarkets to smaller one so you can also entertain yourself there plus there are plenty of local coffee shops and take aways.

Excellent location near the M74 motorway and had the benefit of being next door to the Hamilton Park Racecourse - so plenty of space to exercise the dog etc. Room was clean, modern and ours was able to accommodate 3 adults & a dog. Breakfast was good and plentiful Check In staff we excellent

its a town that along with its surrounding areas has been over developed , although parts of the country areas are still good , ameneties seem to reduce year on year . The Crutherland however is always good , great rooms , great staff and excellent food

Visiting family which was our main priority Bellshill is nice and we have no complaints, however if you have not got a car then taxis are expensive as there is nothing near for eating and shopping. However we knew this when we booked and it was a good choice for our needs Ideal location if you have a car to get onto the Motorway for Glasgow or Edinburgh

It was a lovely wee gem of a hotel and brilliant value for money. Rooms were spacious and clean and comfortable. All the staff I had the pleasure of dealing with very friendly and efficient. They have a huge choice of food, a bar and smoking area and sun garden. As well as restaurant. Brilliant value for money and also easy to park. I didn’t notice much noise at all in the rooms and it was a Saturday night. I will deefinitelt be back

The hotel is just off the motorway and is clean, comfortable and good value for money. The car park is the general parking for the Abington services and perhaps a separate area would be good. Having said that, it is a well lit area and in use throughout the night by people using the services.

Location was excellent very peaceful with lovely views of the clyde, nice walking paths through Heritage park with plenty of interesting history. Hotel very clean food excellent, as was spa area would highly recommended.

Easy check-in. Clean room. Comfy bed. Decent breakfast. I will think twice about taking my family here though...especially at weekends. there was a party playing very loud music until 4am. Quite disrespectful. Don't mind it going on until 1am but, most of the night?

Grocery shopping is fine - 4 mins drive away Chatelherault park and Strathclyde Water Park are well worth visiting Train connections poor If we needed to be in this area again Hamilton, just a few miles away would be a much better destination.

This is a beautiful castle with amazing staff, extremely comfortable room, nothing was too much trouble. the tasting menu portions we thought were too large, we often have tasting menus and this was the largest portions, the food was very good though. Breakfast was superb. would love to go back when in that area
