In the past forty years, I stayed in hotels, this one was the first that looked better in reality than in the pictures provided by booking.com The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. We book a stay at Hotel Opál at the drop of a hat.

Nice resort with hot springs, a pool, and a gym — though the facilities are a bit dated. Nothing beats a hot soak after skiing. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. All in all, worth a stay!
