Great hotel, really happy with everything about this place. warm and cosy rooms, staff were very helpful. The location could not be faulted - very very easy to access the main railway station; metro and also the airport tram. There is a shopping mall a 2 min walk away with supermarket, food hall, restaurants etc for convenience.

They never ask for credit cards to block our money, or pay deposit, although , we had our dinner in the 3 stars Mechlin restaurant and the cost was over 600 €, no one asks us to sign anything, all was charged to the room, professional staff, they spot what you like and what you don’t, like our drinks on the breakfast for the next day, they pay attention for the details. 2- They granted us gifts, desserts, cakes, with a nice message left on the table informing us that there is a gift for us in the mini bar. 3- so friendly staff, we love everything from the moment we checked in, to the moment we check out, also a gift from the garden upon our check out. Amazing hotel, last but not least the location was wonderful, our room was Mountain View, Definitely would come back again

Large nicely decorated room. There is a very decent tv set to watch a film when the weather outside was too cold to be out on the terrace! As the restaurant was closed on the Sunday night, they provided a "planche", a cheese and cold meat assortment which did the trick after a long journey.

It’s a very beautiful city. Compared to other cities in France, the people were helpful and very polite. The food was a highlight, and we tried the local dishes, but we didn’t really enjoy them that much.

We visited Annecy for the Christmas markets.

We visited Annecy for the Christmas markets. We went on a boat trip around the lake which I would recommend. It was stunning. I could have spent much longer just wandering the streets and enjoying Annecy. There is so much to see and do and so many lovely cafes and restaurants to sit and enjoy the surroundings and gorgeous food. We arrived from Geneva airport by Blablabus. This was booked online. It was very cheap and was on time.

Amazing.y awesome! The city, restaurants and speciality shops were wonderful and within walking distance of our apartment just off the pedestrian zone. Food was delicious with lots of different offerings…Japanese, Turkish, local specialities like fondues and meats. Sho owners were friendly and helpful.

We really enjoyed Grenoble.

We really enjoyed Grenoble. It is a nice friendly city with good transport. We visited the art gallery and the cable car. The scenery is stunning. We were only there two days but with more time would have ventured out of the city into the countryside. We would recommend the Belle Idée restaurant. After Grenoble we went to Aix. The first part of our journey was on a beautiful little train from Grenoble towards Gap. This went through the Alps and this journey was amazing. Well worth doing.

I made 3 separate booking .You have to buy your own Toilet paper .room cleaning is extra charge .If I booked 3 times in separate occasions they must be doing the bed and give the cleaned room to me no matter its same room . I paid full price .There was a bug at the window and Room220 is right at the road where Tram runs 24 hours almost .Christina is very rude so be firm with her .The rest of girls are really nice and speaks some English.Christina does not know English at all .She should not be working at a hotel where mostly Foreigners stays .

Interesting town with cultural heritage. I was just passing through en route from Italy to London but it is a perfect stopover for one night. Unfortunately I was there on a Monday, when some attractions eg the castle are closed but I did visit the cathedral. There are many restaurants which sell local produce.

Last week of April means sunshine is plentiful and sunscreen a must even on cloudy days because the sun can come out in a few moments. Great ski area even late in the season, no lift lines, and good facilities in the town. This could be the best intermediate skiier resort in France.

I was there on a Monday, and then Absolutely Nothing is happening. The (only) museum is closed on both Monday and Tuesday. All bookshops (apart from FNAC) were closed as well. Maybe other weekdays are better, but do not go there on Monday.

Beautiful, and very easy to move around via transports. There are tons of things to do like visiting the park and most of them are free or rather cheap. It is overall a great city without that turist pressure everywhere!

Super easy and convenient to find in the airport.

Super easy and convenient to find in the airport. Interesting decor for an airport hotel . Super nice staff very accomodating when we slept in after a long flight but still made sure we did not miss breakfast even though we were late , great customer service.
