The front desk staff was courteous and helpful and so was the breakfast staff. The two Ilarias at the front desk were great. The room and the whole facility were very clean. Very good breakfast. The location to La Cinta beach is exceptional. The hotel has beach towels for a small fee and free umbrellas. The beach also has umbrellas and vey comfortable chairs to rent for the day. Good restaurant across the street from the hotel. Easy walk to the city center. Excellent value for the money!!!! We would strongly recommend!!!!

Baglioni Sardinia is the epitome of 5-star service - from the moment we stepped off the transfer, we were treated with grace, friendliness and care. The staff's attention to detail and willingness to ensure that our stay was nothing short of spectacular is unmatched - we have stayed at many luxury resorts, and the closest we have come to this type of personal attention was at Diamonds Mequfi Beach Resort in Mozambique. There are many instances of care and kindness we can recall - including the celebration of my birthday, the care with our dietary requirements, the set-up of room service when we ordered a meal, the prompt response to requests, the suggestions of places to visit and having meals at, helping us to track down the full set of biscuit tins for our collection and helping us stay comfortable, especially when I was feeling ill. We have noted below the particular staff who we have interacted with most and who have made our trip memorable. Still, we recognise that service of this standard results from many excellent staff members who take pride in their work and are never seen by the guests. I am very happy with the accommodation. It is located only 15 minutes walk from the most beautiful beach La Cinta. The staff is wonderful, friendly and always willing to help. The bed linen is changed regularly, the toilets and room are cleaned every day and the towels are changed! Hygiene is excellent. Peace, the air conditioning works, everything is great! The best breakfast is everything you see on booking and more - fresh fruit every day, warm fresh croissants, coffee, juices, ham, cheese, excellent buffet. You can get free umbrellas to use at the hotel.

I really loved our stay. The whole area is very peaceful. The swimming pool is beautiful. We had an apartment facing the swimming pool area and with a view of the mountains.. Nice big terrace outside the apartment, and a small kitchen where we could cook. We liked it so much that we will book the same place next year. The manager Paolo in the reception was exremely friendly and calm. He helped us with all our requests. The whole staff was helpful and accomodating.

All on offer here is fantastic for a 3 star hotel, immaculately clean, the pool was absolutely lovely. Breakfast in the morning was everything acceptable in a better star hotel! Staff so friendly and helpful. Your room cleaned every day, fresh towels when needed. It’s a little bit of a walk into the centre of San Teodoro about 25mins, but well worth the walk (All flat). Great atmosphere in the bustling square especially on a Saturday.

This is most wonderful villa in the Italia that I booked.also can be the 2nd one in my list of the hotel in my life.Good address (near the Cala Brandinchi which I think it’s much better than the la pelosa beach).also there’s a small beach in the resort which is clean and peace.apartment is perfect,good view that I can see the sunrise and sea in the kitchen and garden.Clean and peace.private space with wonderful views.

We stayed 4 nights The beaches are spectacular some of the best we’ve ever seen in the Mediterranean. Fantastic for families with warm shallow water and soft sand backed by dramatic mountains in the distance. There are flocks of flamingos in the marshes near san Teodoro and spectacular views from the hills and gorgeous walks. The downside is the lack of beach restaurants and cafes . There is often a small kiosk selling coffee drinks and ice cream but little else so we took picnics . We really missed the ubiquitous beach tavernas you get in the rest of the Med so we were dying for a decent restaurant after a couple of nights

Mount Tavolara is beautiful.

Mount Tavolara is beautiful. People are really friendly in the area. The beaches, whilst a bit tricky to access, were gorgeous with turquoise blue water. Capo Cado Cavallo is definitely a hidden gem in the area.

It's a beautiful place but it was very obvious that most of the locals were not super thrilled about the tourists and they took a lot of opportunities to overcharge and scam us, particularly at some restaurants. Please note that some people were very kind and welcoming but that wasn't common unfortunately. I wish I could say I loved San Teodoro but I had a much nicer time in Olbia.

Lovely little town, perfect size to easily walk around.

Lovely little town, perfect size to easily walk around. Plenty of restaurants and bars. The night market is a nice to stroll through in the evening. La Cinta beach is lovely, can get busy and toilet/shower facilities are a bit ropy. There is lots of different types of accommodation too, to suit all needs.
