Our experience was amazing from the very start! The staff were true heroes, going above and beyond even before our check-in to ensure we arrived at the correct location. Since we were driving, they guided us to avoid fines from entering the ZTL zone, which was incredibly helpful. Upon arrival, the warm welcome continued throughout our stay until checkout. The room was fantastic—comfortable and beautifully maintained. Plus, the hotel's location is just minutes away from the city centre, making it super convenient. Highly recommended!

Great amenities. Our room was huge and even had a proper desk. Breakfast had a huge selection of different foods with great vegetarian and vegan options (even vegan cakes). The gym by the outdoor pool has enough equipment for weightlifters to train (it's not the same as a normal gym but it was about the best hotel gym I've ever been in). The staff was sweet and even turned the sauna on a little early for us (usually it starts at 5pm but we had to leave at 5 so they turned it on at 4:30). Overall the perfect hotel to relax at during the day before heading to the opera at night. (Which was all we needed it for)

Situated in the walled old town, which is traffic-free in the evening, so very little noise. The rooms were quiet. Lovely rooms, all recently modernised and upgraded. Very comfortable beds. Excellent restaurant with separate menus for meat and fish. Good service.

Jessica, Emanuela and Elena were very attentive to guests throughout breakfast. But the stars of this wonderful stay in the Valpolicella region are the wines made by Family Tommasi. Complementing the unforgettable wine tasting experiences is the amazing Cesare, who lives and breathes wine. Paolo also. They're great assets to this hotel. And last but not least, our compliments to Executive Chef Stefano and his team at Borgo Antico restaurant within the hotel, who executed a Michelin star dinner and experience. We'll definitely be returning!

We travelled with dogs and when we arrived at the room, the hotel had prepared a place for dogs with a blanket and bowls. Also you can have a filtred (still or sparkling) water during your stay for free and you can refill your water bottle. Also the hotel prepared 2 kinds of extra free drings like ice tea and detox water. So good and really so nice. All the time the entire staff was nice and helpful. it was nice to receive a gift from a local factory when leaving. The room and surroundings were very clean and bright. It is quiet around the hotel. Thank you.

Unfortunately, the air was very polluted while we were in Verona (in November), but we still greatly enjoyed our stay. The highlights were the excellent food, beautiful historic center, and a visit to the Giardini di Guista.

This is a great small airport, ideally situated to for exploring Verona, travelling into the mountains, out to Lake Garda. This time we participated in the La Cesarina cooking experience, it was fantastic! Please seek the advice of the hotel reception staff re good places to eat locally, as there are many great places, in Verona seek out the cafe's and restuarants in the out of the way places as they are the best

It was an overnight stay, arriving at 9.30pm.

It was an overnight stay, arriving at 9.30pm. Although I had informed the hotel when we were arriving, nobody had put in the air conditioning in the room. We put it on and went out to eat. When we arrived back, the room was cooler compared to the heat outside, but did not work efficiently to provide a comfortable temperature in which to sleep in. We had a terrible night sleep, so left very early in the morning to continue with our journey and did not wait until breakfast was served at 8.30am.

Although we had difficulties on our trip due to the air-strike. The hotel worked hard to look after us. Upgrading us to the executive suite, providing iron and phone chargers for us. The staff were amazing and helped as much as they could. The breakfast had a variety of food including fresh fruits. The bed was massive and super comfy.

This is a useful hotel for a one-night stay after arriving at Verona airport late in the day (and flight delayed, so just as well!). Efficiently run, restaurant was open until 10.30 p.m., which was fortunate, as we arrived at about 9 p.m. Food was good for this type of hotel. The air conditioning in our room did not seem to work, but as it was for one night, we didn't bother asking for it to be rectified. Did not open windows, as aircraft noise can be pretty loud, which is what you'd expect being close to the airport. Bus pick-up service was useful to and from airport. A little difficult to find the meeting point though. All in all good value and convenient, Very clean everywhere.

Beautiful landscape with a lot of possibilities to visit the vine makers, local markets and historic towns. Not too far from Venice, Verona, Padova and other attractive places. About 1 hour drive to the beaches in Chioggia which are the nearest from herre.

This area is little bit away from the city center of Verona.

This area is little bit away from the city center of Verona. Because of this reason, you may take complete rest in calm and peaceful mood. On the way to Verona, you may need to go through farms around the hotel. It bring you experience with rural area which are not hectic and slow-going life. There is no tourist-friendly place and it is convenient to get to Verona.

Lovely, quaint ancient town with so much charm and beauty; lovely restaurants and bars. Sure to visit the medieval cathedrals and churches, and museums in the city. Lovely market. The city is very easy to move around on foot and plenty of public transport as well.
