The property was well positioned. As you would expect from a Hilton the facilities were great. Staff extremely helpful and genuinely friendly which made the stay all the better. Room facilities were top notch.

Hotel Staff. On our trip from airport, we forgot out backpacks in the train (Narita Express). Hotel staff, connected to JR lost and found office, our lost items were found on the train's final station (Ofuna). Staff members gave me the route how to reach Ofuna station and numbers of our claims. One hour later our backpacks were successfully recovered!

We liked everything. The hotel is sited close to Kamakura station so is easy to find and great to move around. The staff was amazingly helpful. In every aspect. Superb. Our room was ready when we arrived early and so it was wonderful to be able to check straight in. The room was incredible and exceeded our expectations for size, comfort and view. We arrived via Shinkansen and Minatomirai Line, directly into the hotel from Queen's Square, which also has good restaurant options. We left for Haneda Airport the following afternoon on the bus directly from the hotel having spent a day in the area on foot. It couldn't have been more convenient for out last night in Japan.

The staff, service and breakfast were amazing! I highly recommend this hotel if you want to stay in a beautiful centric area of Yokohama, and you want to experience and be next to the Chinese neighborhood. It is a beautiful area and you can enjoy amazing cafés and restaurants. The metro is very close, which makes getting around easy and convenient.

Absolutely fantastic hotel, less than a minute walk of the bus stop and less than 5 from the train station beautiful view and lots of artisanal shops. Loved the onsens all size and shapes, indoors and outdoors. Our room was so big and spacious my group could spread out. The bathrobe, beds, slippers, and local pub and restaurant,everything was beautiful. And most of all the staff was superb 👌🏾 super nice and helpful, reassured us and kept us informed of the typhoon heading our way then, so nice when it was raining on our check out time they gave us their umbrella and we had a few people in Tokyo asking us about it so it was fun. Thank you again and will definitely recommend!

Superb location. Very formal staff which was as expected and marketed. Food presentation excellent. Hotel shuttle picked me up from the port even after usual business hours after a call with reception. Excellent communication before my arrival in regards to restaurant choices, shuttle and luggage transport. Has a very Old Classy Hotel vibe and since it was not crowded at the time of my stay, it felt mildly surreal and very elegant. Garden is fantastic and good weather can mean view of Fuji (but not from every room). Thank you for your hospitality!

The hotel is locked at the mountain near Owakudani, which makes it a perfect place to stay if you are traveling in Hakone. The hotel is built in western style, but we had a japanese styled room so it was alright. The room was clean and comfortable. Tatami are really warm, we slept like babies. Clothes the hotel provides are amazing too, I almost decided to buy one. Hot springs which are part of the hotel are open for all visitors and are really great! The food was delicious, I can really recommend having dinner in the hotel.

Hotel is more on the expensive side but it was amazing! The location was calm and relaxing, as was the hotel too. We had a room with the bath on the balcony and it gave another lovely twist to warm summer evenings. The food and the service at the hotel was on point. Our only regret is not staying there longer. It was amazing. And a place we want to come back to.

Location of the hotel is fantastic.

Location of the hotel is fantastic. The views of the bay are stunning at night. The public bath was also amazing and enormous check process was only through QR and this makes it a bit difficult for people who may not have a smart phone. They should try to assist such people.

If you don't have a car, travel around the Hakone area will be by train and local bus. Try and get hold of a bus route map when you arrive as it can make it a lot easier to plan your connections.

Nice place to stay easy to reach by metro from Haneda. Easy to get to Tokyo and other interesting locations like Kamakura. Considerably less expensive than staying in Tokyo. Feels like a real Japanese city not touristy. Not a place to go if you are into big city commotion. The open air folk museum is excellent.

Kamakura essentially is a part of the loop between Ofuna and Enoshima. People who come to Kamakura either do so for the shrines/temples OR to stay as a starting point to go to Enoshima. We were the latter. Kamakura gives an impression of a slow paced lifestyle with many interesting and unique shops selling a great variety of things. Kamakura itself has a shopping street which can be quite touristy. Otherwise, it's actually a bustling down with people always on the move. Enoden is definitely a must-take ride. Followed by Shonan Monorail which is an "inverted" track type of monorail. Enoshima by itself can be an entire day trip of shopping, visiting shrines and special locations but require quite a bit of leg strength and stamina. Recommend going for Escar for people who can't climb well. Iwaya Caves is good, but the trip back can be challenging. Enoshima Sea Candle is a must; though at times, the outdoor observatory can be closed and the indoor observatory doesn't have any seats - making the visit very short-lived quickly. Best if you arrange a boat ride out via a route near Iwaya Caves. The shopping streets on the mainland is just as interesting with a lot of unique items and food choices. (that's the street between Enoshima causeway and Enoshima Enoden station)

I like Fujisawa very much.

I like Fujisawa very much. The people there are very friendly and helpful, the city is green and very clean, i enjoyed eating wonderful Japanese food everyday during my stay at Fujisawa. i also enjoyed the ocean views during my visit of Enoshima and learned more of the local culture and history during my visits of several great Temples near Hase and Kamakura.

Odawara is very good base for exploring a number of scenic, historic and cultural arras around Kanagawa Perfecture. 1. Excellent connectivity 2. Easy access to Hakone & other nature/onsen areas 3. Cultural & historic sites in Odawara itself

Local and quiet feel and opportunity to experience daily life. Only 45min from Tokyo and an easy stop on the way to Hakone and Odawara. The athletics park and nearby mountain park were 30min by bus from the city centre and great for nature and relaxing with friends/kids.

This location is not touristy like Tokyo, Osaka and the other major tourist spots. It's nice place to stay if you want to stay away from the large crowds. You can shop and eat without having to stand in long lines. It's close enough to do a day trip to into Hakone, Enoshima or Kamakura.

Hiratsuka offers a lot to travelers wanting to explore and be adventurous. Its proximity to places like Kamakura, Yokohama other places of interest makes it an excellent place to stay. The town is just the right size, friendly locals, shopping places and excellent places to eat. Walk around and get to know the place - you might find yourself wanting to visit again and again.

Yokosuka is an awesome place to visit.

Yokosuka is an awesome place to visit. There’s something for everyone whether you’re a nature lover or a city lover you’ll find something to do. During my visit. I went to kanonzaki park by bus and it was the highlight of my trip. It’s my second time visiting Yokosuka and can’t wait to go there again.
