The location is just stunning, peaceful and beautiful. It feels like home, Henry and the staff are so lovely and welcoming and help with anything. They even called the airport to make sure I would catch my flight :D and preapred an early breakfast for me. By the Mekong river, of course! Let's not even talk about the details of the interior/exterior design... Definitely an unforgettable place!

We had a great time at this place. Great quiet room. Every detail has been thought out. Excellent staff. Delicious buffet breakfasts. The best Wi-Fi without interruptions. They arranged for us to go to the waterfalls and the trip went great. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Everything was perfect. Clean, comfortable room - ample space. Bathroom with walk in shower. We booked a room with a balcony which led into the pool. Staff very helpful and attentive. Great location - quiet but only a 10 mins walk to the Main Street.

Nice hotel , clean and friendly staff made my stay very comfortable! They took time to tell me all about Luang Prabang and helped me with all my needs and reservations. The rooms are perfect and they serve the best breakfast. I recommend the banana pancakes! 😋 Thank you to all the staff.

this property was excellent. The design of the rooms, breakfast, location and the helpfulness of staff could not have been better. it was in a very attractive setting on a quiet road opposite a temple and very central. breakfast was superb and fresh. The staff were very helpful with good suggestions for activities and places to eat. could not have been better.

We enjoyed our stay so much, the staff and management are unbelievably helpful. They really do everything they can to make you feel welcome. We were so happy to have chosen this hotel. The setting is so peaceful and beautiful with large grounds and very beautiful rooms and amazing views of the river and mountains. The room is large and the bed is super comfortable and we really liked the breakfast. Pool is great too. Easy shuttle to go into town.

Surrounded by water and beautifully maintained gardens, the air con was nice and cool and the price incredibly reasonable considering it was a brief 4-5min walk to the centre The customer service was amazing, they organised tours and taxis to and from the airport for us , we can’t wait to return again next year what a hidden gem of Laos

Breakfast was delicious. Coconut porridge is a must. Had stayed there in 2019 and it had closed due to Covid.Reopened now and even better. Terrific staff. Stunning old colonial house with atmospheric bar/library. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Spacious rooms with every amenity.

A wonderful place with a lovely atmosphere set in beautiful...

A wonderful place with a lovely atmosphere set in beautiful surroundings. There are numerous high quality restaurants and cafes which won't break the bank. Make sure you climb Phousi Mountain for the sunrise, rather than wait for sunset, as it is far quieter. Other places to visit apart from the main Wats (which are lovely) and the Palace, is the craft Centre, OK Pop Tok, where you can watch weaving and silk making and the small but interesting Museum of Ethnology. Be prepared for large, noisy coach groups at the Palace.

Arrived in Luang Prabang after weeks traveling around South East Asia. Considered traveling around Laos but decided to wind down, relax, and enjoy the one location. Couldn't have picked a better spot. It is calm, unhurried, relaxed, people exceptionally nice, food excellent. We had no hassle, market traders didn't 'push' nor did tour operators, very pleasant. Main street shopping enjoyable, with lots of good restaurants and bars. We arranged a private boat trip to the Buddha cave, going in the afternoon when there were very few people. timing it so we arrived back in Luang Prabang to catch sunset on Mekong while onboard. Boat trip up Mekong a pure pleasure. Luang Prabang is very walk able, not very big, but we found it absolutely lovely to visit and would happily add on to next itinerary especially when looking for a quiet place.

It's a whole chilled-out place. temples, lots of good restaurants, cafes, and spas; and the area is good for sight-seeing. We cruised on the Mekong, visited a cave with hundreds or thousands of buddhas, fed an elephant, visited the falls, etc. and the area is good for trekking and cycling.
