The stay was beyond my expectations. Everything was amazing, the friendly staff (fluent in english <3), the breakfasts full of food that can keep you strong for the whole day in the mountains, quality of service, prices of drinks (they were strong!) and food (lot of on the plate!), I can talk for hours. I really like how the staff is helpful with transport and the breakfast takeaway was amazing and very filling. Hotel is near enough the Żabljak city and to the National Park, which was perfect even in winter weather! I really enjoyed our stay and definetely gonna visit again.

I actually stayed at SOA hotel instead, because I was offered a replacement due to some technical issues. But except for that I have enjoyed every moment of staying at SOA. The restaurant, the sauna and the massage were great. Spacious parking lot and easy to find.

My stay at the hotel was exceptional in every way. The service was simply perfect — every request, big or small, was answered immediately with a smile and a positive attitude. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that the experience was pleasant and indulgent, which is rare these days. From the balcony, there was a breathtaking view — truly one of the most beautiful sights I have ever seen, like a living painting. The chalet was gorgeous. It was clean, comfortable, spacious and very well appointed. The washing machine and outdoor jacuzzi were added bonuses and the host left us some wine and chocolate as a welcome gift. It is in a quiet location with beautiful views of the mountains I would highly recommend this accommodation.
