Location was excellent. 5 minute walk to the riverside. Staff were very helpful and friendly and often went out of their way to assist. Breakfast was good, with a nice variety.

It’s cheap, clean, and perfect in my opinion. Good location, nice rooms, everything was way cleaner than I thought. It’s still the jungle right? You wouldn’t expect too much. I loved everything in kuala tahan, special place with special people

New building (~3 months old), staff super kind and helpful. Location is out of town so it's quiet but you need a shuttle to town. Owner is happy to drive you there and pick you up at any time. Air condition, Shampoo, outside seating area, perfect wifi, good breakfast mix of local food and toast for those who need European food ;). They even took care of my gluten intolerance. Also helpful upfront organising tours or transfer and providing information without pressure of booking. Good value for money though.

The staff is great, they helped us with everything we needed and organized our tours - our guide Kree was amazing, very funny and knowledgeable (if you take the tour, you should request him as a guide). The property was very clean and good value. The breakfast was very good with many different options.

We arrived in Kuala Tahan when the floods started rising. Our host informed us about the situation beforehand, but we decided to go there anyways. We stayed 2 nights, and he was always helping and informing us about the flood situation which was very helpful for us. Unfortunately we did not see much of the inner jungle of Taman Negara. But if the floods wouldn't had been at this time we would have had a great time at Hana Guesthouse!

Shower facilities were excellent, first time in Malaysia when we got hot water 🙌🏻 kettle, nice balcony, conditioner. The hotel had everything you needed, so we enjoyed staying there, really recommend it!
