Plato de Ciudad is one of the finest and most enchanting hotels I have ever had the pleasure of staying at. This hotel is newly built, featuring beautiful, bright, and impeccably clean rooms, all equipped to the highest of standards. A spacious, comfortable bed with a wonderful mattress and perfectly crisp, spotless linens — a place where sleeping felt unbelievably blissful, and where simply lying down to read, relax, or watch TV was an absolute delight. The Smart TV comes with built-in Netflix and YouTube, letting you enjoy any films or shows you like, as well as all the news programs that interest you. The room is equipped with a superb, modern air conditioner that operates so quietly you’ll never be disturbed by it, no matter the time of day. The bathroom features a wonderful, well-appointed shower with an excellent and stylish installation. But above all, I must mention the hotel’s staff — starting with its owner, a well-educated, gracious, and genuinely kind person, always ready to offer any assistance you may need throughout your stay in Caticlan. The entire hotel staff is exceptionally professional, highly trained, and speaks excellent English, always ready to assist you with absolutely anything at any moment. I would also like to highlight one more important detail. The hotel has a restaurant that serves the most exquisite, delightful, and truly gourmet dishes — a level of cuisine I have never encountered anywhere else in the Philippines. The food is extraordinarily delicious, and, to be honest, I can hardly recall ever dining so wonderfully anywhere else. This hotel is truly a hidden gem near Boracay Island. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay close to the airport while enjoying wonderful and comfortable accommodations. Staff was super friendly and hospitable. Exceptional service and breakfast was really good. Property was in a really good spot due to the distance to the beach. Services such as towel beach which was provided from the hotel was a huge plus!

We were satisfied with everything. We had there the Christmas evening and our honeymoon. The stuff was more than kindly and nice! They made our holiday more nice. The hotel is located in the area, where live the locals, so was interesting see the typical life. The area was safe, and people were happy and smiled at us. The beach, where the hotel is located, is calm, so perfect for chill or try some watersports, but is not for swimming. If you want to have a tourist area like DMall or the nice White sand beach, you can grab a tuk-tuk or walk. The massage, food in restaurants, or transfers was little bit more expensive, like if you eat, for example, in the DMall, or in the city... but I think this is normal in every hotel. The breakfast was tasty and every day was there a small changes. Like , small ants in the room are not a mistake from the hotel. We left a small food and they were there so fast :) We had a nice room and we're cleaned when we arrived. After we needed ask for a cleaning, but everytime they did it very good.

Breakfast was great, it was comparable to other hotels I have stayed at in Manila. The staff were very helpful with what you needed overall !! The Feliz felt like the Sheraton we stayed at in Waikiki. We were given rooms on the ground floor so no views but it turned out to be a blessing because the rooms were spacious and We didn't have to deal with taking the elevators. Being on the ground floor got you everwhere faster in and out of the hotel specially to the beach and the DMall.

Above anything else the STAFF - everyone, from the lovely ladies in the reception, to the housekeeping teams and those serving the breakfast - were just SO NICE. They made me feel at home, remembering my name, always with a huge smile on their faces. I can’t commend them enough for their hospitality, it’s really some of the best I have seen in my extensive travels! The hotel is very well located, 10 min walk you’ll be in the White Beach, Dmall for restaurants or you can go see the other side of the island and appreciate kitesurfing in Bolabog Beach. It was impeccably clean, with housekeeping done everyday. Whilst a bit dated, the room was spacious, with a little fridge and a kettle. Breakfast was delicious! I tried the waffles, the pancakes, the french toast, the omelette… and it was always fantastic. On my last day I had to leave early for the airport and they made me an egg sandwich for my breakfast to take away 🙏🏻
