Very Spacious room with both a bathtub and a shower, balcony was also huge with a comfy sofa and a sitting area. The staff was professional and service-minded, especially our favourite bartender João. We've spent long evenings just sitting at the Navigante bar having a conversation with him. Very attentive and helpful, a true professional! The drinks were excellent, way better than what they usually are at all-inclusive hotels. Also thanks to the reception staff, we got to check-in earlier and spent the time waiting for our room to be ready at the hotel premises enjoying the all-inclusive benefits. Upon the checkout, we also got to keep our room for two extra hours while we were waiting for our pick-up. The hotel itself is under renovation so I imagine it will be even bigger and fresher when it's done.

We really enjoyed our short stay at this beautiful resort. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The place is really nice and the beach just wonderful. We visited Porto Santo in December - it was not that warm and the sea very refreshing, but you can still swim in the sea. The advantage was an almost empty beach and a very calm atmosphere at the resort.

Very nice place to stay, located in the center. The owner is very friendly, cleaning team great, changed blankets and towels after one week. Big appartment, very good for families.

Wonderful stay in the city centre of the island, which is just a few steps by one of the best beaches in Europe. New and cozy apartment including all the necessary commodities for your accomodation. Kitchen tools are brand new as well as the bathroom, which has a huge shower. The host is very welcoming and provided for any information we asked about the place. We will come back someday!

We liked the location of the house, few minutes to central square and beach. Very well equiped kitchen. The owner was helpful and responsive. He even gave us a ride to port the last day when we were not able to get taxi.

The house is absolutely perfect – nothing is missing! It’s very close to the beach, with beautiful and easy access. Communication with Marta and Miguel is seamless – they’re always available, incredibly helpful, and provide clear and useful information. I honestly have only great things to say and hope to come back soon. I recommend it 300%! :)

Superb apartment. Loads of space, nice balcony looking out to sea, spotlessly clean, well furnished, with comfortable sofas. It was very quiet - except for the sound of waves on the beach if the window or balcony door are open! There were only two of us, but it would still feel very spacious with 4. The kitchen has everything you might need, and more, in perfect condition - and the knives are still sharp! Well located, with restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk. The host was very kind in letting us check in early and check out late to fit in with the ferry times.
