The location was amazing, a stones throw from most of the cafe's and restaurants and touristy stuff, yet in a super quiet, secluded and beautiful location. The breakfast spread was amazing. The owner personally went around asking all the guests about how they were doing etc, we thought this was a very warm touch. The terrace restaurant at sunset time has a spectacular view. A whole bunch of little touches like amazing products in the bathroom, to the eco friendliness overall, made our stay memorable. The lady at the travel desk was very efficient and extremely polite - to help us plan our day, book a scooter on rent and a cab on our journey back.

We had a lovely stay in the small bungalow, it was very clean and nestled in the middle of a beautiful garden with relaxing jungle vibes. The location was perfect for us: quiet and away from the busy tourist areas. A scooter or taxi is recommended to reach the beach, but it's just a short ride and easy to arrange. The owners also run a restaurant with the same cozy and jungle vibes as the bungalows. The food was excellent, I definitely recommend eating there! We really appreciated the tasty surprise package we received in the morning with some Thai specialties. Everyone we met was kind and helpful, which made the whole experience feel warm and friendly.

I booked the room for 2 nights but ended up staying for 7 because I really liked the place. It has everything you need - cosy rooms, great location, good facilities, and close to the beach. You can also rent a motorbike if you want. The staff are friendly and helpful. I had a small issue with the shower, and it was fixed quickly.

We had one of the best accommodation experiences of our travels at the Baan Koh Kwang Pool Villa Krabi. The location is excellent, as is the room, the pool and the rest of the facilities. But what deserves a special mention is the treatment of the hosts. Nanthicha makes you feel better than in your own home. She takes care of excellent and personalized breakfasts based on your tastes, with healthy and delicious food. She also makes sure to give you the best advice so that you can enjoy Krabi and its wonderful beaches. Communication was not a problem, since we were able to understand each other perfectly with the online translators. I have to say that we already miss them and we would like to go back there today.

Our hosts were very accomodating, helpful and kind. The rooms impeccably clean and received daily cleaning service and top ups of ameneties. Complete and hassle free service from laundry , scooter rental and booking of onward transportation. Room 7 has very good seaview. We can admire the sunset and sand bar at low tide from our balcony. Walks on the sandbar at sunset was fun. A lot less crowded and quiet area to enjoy the sunset before heading out for dinner. A lot of great restaurants to choose from nearby. 10 minute walk to the Walking Night market. Very close to the hustle and bustle yet very quiet at night. Renting a scooter afforded us to explore the southern and more remote beaches to escape the crowd.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Adam. The hotel is very well designed and the rooms are perfect! You get free snacks everyday and the free minibar is replenished everyday. The private pool is much bigger than it looks in the pictures. The pool temperature is refreshingly cool, perfect after a warm day in the sun! Our 14 month old loved the kids room and we spent a few hours there everyday. The recreation staff gave her small gifts each time they saw her. The hotel staff is attentive and helpful. Wall's was our host for the stay and made us feel comfortable from the very start. Nana and Queen from the reception helped us as well. Tia kept our daughter very entertained and really went above and beyond to get a smile out of her each time! The breakfast is delicious! There is a buffet as well as many a la carte options to choose from. You can order multiple things from the menu. Everything we tried was great! The restaurant staff is kind and gave us off menu options for our baby as well. The hotel is not too far from the beach yet far enough to be away from the party crowds. We can only recommend this place! Thai hospitality at its finest!

I had the pleasure of staying at Panan Hotel, and it truly exceeded all my expectations. The peaceful and relaxing atmosphere was one of the highlights—such a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It felt like a little sanctuary of calm and serenity. The rooftop bar and pool were absolutely spectacular! The panoramic views were breathtaking, especially during sunset, creating the perfect setting to unwind with a drink in hand. The breakfast was another standout feature—absolutely delicious with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. If you’re looking for a place to relax and recharge while enjoying top-notch amenities, Panan Hotel is the perfect choice. I can’t wait to come back!

I had the pleasure of staying in two different accommodation options during my visit. First, I stayed in one of the bungalows with a jacuzzi, and later on, in a twin deluxe room. Bungalows with Jacuzzi: The bungalows were fantastic! The natural lighting coming through the room from the glass windows facing the majestic views of Krabi was incredible. It was a great room, perfect for couples looking for a romantic getaway. Twin Deluxe Room: The deluxe bungalows were also nice! They are a great option for those on a budget, providing comfort and convenience without compromising on quality. Overall, both accommodation options provided a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend them.

We had an amazing stay at Koh Jum Resort. The staff is super friendly, and the property is lovely. We called it 'basic luxury', affordable but cute bungalows overlooking the beach. Lunch and dinner food is GOOD, breakfast is a bit basic but enough. Remember to bring your water shoes, because the sea is a bit rocky at Koh Jum. We did a boat/snorkeling tour and rented scooters one day to cruise around the island and visit all the other beaches. 100% would recommend doing that! It's an amazing island, full of lovely locals. If you're looking for an easy stay, a dip in the pool after a full beach day, good food and lovely sunsets: book Koh Jum Resort.

Great staff, very kind and friendly, always smiling.and willing to help. Great location on the beach of Railay west. Rooms are big, with all the facilities of a resort (fridge, electric kettle, safe deposit box. Bath robes, a beach bag). Bathrooms are huge also with bath tub and a separate shower too. Great gardens and sorrounding by limestones. They offer the pick up from airport with an extra charge and it is very well organized. Buffet breakfast i is great with a lot of options to choose. The resort is big so according to the room location you need to walk but there are golf cart than can pick you up if you prefer not to walk

Location is amazing! Beautifull beach. In the morning there is some trash one the beach from tide but staff will clean it up every morning. Food is very good! They can make every dish also vegetarian with tofu :) and the milkshakes are really nice :) Staff is great! We also did the 4 island tour which was amazing! You can book this tour at hotel. We had room on beach which is amazing! Will defenitly go back again :)

Just Ao Nang in general I fell in love!!! The strip, the limestone cliffs, I made a few friends there in like 3 days. Ao Nang beach was lovely but railay beach and Poda island is other worldly , I felt like I was in avatar

The island is very beautiful.

The island is very beautiful. It's suitable for all types of tourists. The beaches are nice, although the best ones require at least a 20-minute walk. I was pleasantly surprised. Maya bay definitly worth a visit (only acessible by boat). The food is good and varied. The viewpoints are spectacular. Viewpoint 3 is quite far and a bit muddy, but if you're in good physical shape, you can get there easily. Those traveling with children or who have mobility difficulties should avoid accommodations in the mountains. Eat and drink places: THE COFFEE CLUB - Best coffee shop Anna's Restaurant - One of the best places to eat Garlic 1992 - Best restaurant Activities: Day snorkeling trip (if it's not raining). Reggae Bar Phi Phi to watch tourists fighting for fun (not recommended for young children) Beach fire parties (if you want to drink and maybe flirt). Less positive: It would be better to have less polluting and noisy local boats available to reduce pollution and noise. Perhaps with eletrical engines.

We love Bangkok for its busy craziness, but Koh Lanta is our favourite place for chilling out. Hire a scooter, explore the island, try the restaurants, swim, snorkel, watch the sunset - its that kind of place.

It's a pretty rustic, typical old Thai town, the locals are lovely, peaceful people Krabi Airport :-Be sure to have some baht notes if you're taking a driver or taxi to your hotel- there are ATMs at Krabi airport but easier if you have cash The Friday & Saturday food markets are great for Thai foods of all sorts Take a long boat ride from along the riverside - a couple of hours touring the river and surrounds for 50 - 100 AUD Riverside Restaurant and Bar us a good place for dinner Blu Monkey is great little hotel

Really beautiful area with SO much to explore on foot and by boat. Walking street is amazing. Phra Nang beach is gorgeous but a little busy at times. Tonsai beach is worth the walk to get there. Amazing trip we loved it and would absolutely go back. Do a longtail boat tour private to see some islands, take a climbing lesson!

On a rainy day it is boring as f... Very early morning at sunrise is the best time to walk on the beach and take pics. There are very few small shops and mostly mediocre restaurants and massage places

I’m completely biased.

I’m completely biased. I loved everything and everyone involved in the place. No favourite thing. Many favourite things. Jungle, sea, boats cars tuk tuk and all. Most importantly I had the best guided tours on offer. Thank you. One and all. Appreciated and greatful ❤️

Although the staff and location are great.

Although the staff and location are great. They double charged for our room as we reserve through Booking with our Credit Card but then we paid cash( yes I kept the receipt) then later after I reviewed my statement they had charged my CC. I reached out to them 1st per bookings police’s but they didn’t respond. I spent hours on the phone with booking uploading documentation, etc and still nothing is resolved. I am also frustrated with Booking!

We visited in early December and it was still pretty quiet. Beautiful beach and snorkelling. Trip to emerald cave was brilliant! We booked our tour and speedboat through the lady just outside of Koh Ngai KaimukThong Resort and she was brilliant! The resort staff were so friendly and helpful. Food was good and cheap compared to other restaurants (though they were also great, just a bit more $).

Our first impression was wow!

Our first impression was wow! And it certainly meet our expectations. The beach was gorgeous, the water so warm and it felt very safe. The main strip was very lively with loads of shops and an amazing choice of restaurants. It also had a night market.
