Beautiful hotel with amazing staff that spoke good English. The rooms were beautiful and cleaned every day the views were great especially from the rooftop pool could even see big Buddha in the distance from our balcony. Not far to walk to Karon but far enough away from the hustle and bustle.

I stayed here for 3 weeks and everything was perfect. The beds are comfortable, AC unit is new and keeps the room very cool, there is hot water (which never runs out). The breakfast in the morning is delicious as well (and such a good variety of Thai fruits). They cleaned the room every other day (or as often as I wanted). Cook and Nan are wonderful hosts, probably the best I've ever had at any hotel. They did everything they could to make my stay comfortable. I honestly felt like I was staying in a 5-star hotel with the service! Before I arrived, I asked if there was a table on the balcony for me to work from and there wasn't - but Cook put both a table and chair out there for me before I arrived. He went out of his way to fix the TV for me when I told him it wasn't working. He lent me his motorcycle helmet for several weeks (without charging me a dime). I accidentally stained the sheets and he never charged me for that, which he could have (and has happened to me at previous hotels). Cook and Nan even dropped me off at the bus stop when I left, carrying all my luggage for me. They made the stay unforgettable for me and it was a joy to wake up to their smiles each morning.

I recently stayed at a this fantastic hotel and had an incredible experience. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and exceptionally well-equipped. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable—special thanks to Nune, who was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my visit. The pool and amenities were excellent, and while the gym was on the smaller side, it was well-equipped and met all my needs. The hotel also offers great parking facilities, which added to the convenience. Its location is good, with a 7-Eleven, numerous restaurants, and massage parlors just a short walk away. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay

Very trendy and clean hotel. The employees are attentive and friendly. We hope they keep this attitude up, as we noticed that some guests aren’t always showing the gratitude towards the employees, we (personally) believe they deserve. You are noticed and valued 😉 Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Accommodating everything you need as a guest Breakfast was really good and fresh. Idyllic Island of International Fame

Thailand’s largest island, Phuket has a mountainous landscape leading down to lush, green palms, warm, turquoise seas and soft, golden sands. Patong is its most developed resort and is well known for outrageous nightlife. There are lots of clubs, bars and restaurants in the main town and it also has a fantastic beach lined with hotels and resorts.

To the south is Karon, home to the 2nd largest beach and offshore coral reefs that are good for snorkelling. Quieter Kamala also has coral reefs and good surfing conditions, as do the curved beaches at Kata.

The island’s airport is in the north and there are lots of Phuket hotels near the airport in Mai Khao and Nai Yang, where sea turtles come ashore to lay their eggs. In Bangtao to the south there is a great range of Phuket hotels with private pools on Booking.com, while around the corner in exclusive Surin there are often typical Thai long boats bobbing up and down in the rolling waves.

On the other side of the island Chalong has an impressive Buddhist temple and is a popular spot for kitesurfing. Neighbouring Panwa has shallow water coral and the Phuket Aquarium to explore. The Phi Phi islands are off Phuket’s eastern shores and their idyllic scenery makes wonderful day trips.

I came to this seaside resort hotel for a vacation and was absolutely amazed by how well-organized and kind the staff were — so warm, helpful, and caring. Let me share a few examples. I arrived at 10:00 in the morning, and they gave me my room right away at 10:30, without making me wait until the official check-in time. When I was leaving, my flight was quite late, and I simply asked if I could stay in the room until 5:00 p.m. They kindly agreed — no problem, no extra charge. The housekeeping staff came twice a day to clean the room and refresh everything. I had bought some plants in Thailand and asked them if they could give me some newspaper to wrap them for travel. They immediately responded — one of the staff members even took photos of my plants, went away, and came back with the right amount of special flower wrapping paper, tape, and scissors. She was even ready to help me pack them herself. The food was wonderful, the beach was very clean and well-kept, and the greenery was just breathtaking. The golf carts were available at any moment, taking guests around the hotel countless times a day. There was also free water and land transportation around the area, running every 20 minutes. I’m so satisfied and impressed that I will definitely come back to this hotel next time. I also booked a tour to the Phi Phi Islands through the hotel — it was safe, well-organized, and full of great experiences. In short, every little detail was thought through to make the guest’s stay both convenient and enjoyable.

Amazing place with great facilities, stylish designer rooms. Staff attentive to details and very helpful. Resort is full of small details that make the stay special - fruits in the room, complimentary small refreshers served at the swimming pool area periodically, impeccable cleanliness. Alessandro was of great hospitality, took us to the swimming pool area and offered drinks while we were waiting for the check-in - great touch and amazing service. Overall - kudos to the Team, I am looking forward to be back. Don’t even mention how beautiful the site is.

Excellent as a location and general services and facilities however, generally the area is not clean. streets need more care and cleanness. people although mostly tend to exploit but in general are friendly.

The hotel is in a great location on top of the old town and...

The hotel is in a great location on top of the old town and seconds from great shops, coffee bars and a vast range of venues. It is an excellent value place to stay if you want to be in the centre. The old town is great for the Sunday walking street and has everything to offer. A selection of different music artists, brilliant choice of street food and lots to spend your money on. Thoroughly recommend.

Kata was nicer than Patong - less night life, We didnt enjoy the beaches the amount of rubbish in the sand and water is very sad- not just Kata we found the all the Phuket beaches the same, very sad or maybe we are very lucky in NZ to have beautiful rubbish free beaches

Karon Beach is very crowded and not as clean as you might expect for a tropical paradise. There are a lot of people, and many vendors approach you offering jewelry, massages, and other services. If you enjoy being in a lively, busy atmosphere with lots of people around, it’s fine. But if you prefer calm, quiet water and space to relax without crowds, this is not the best beach for that. Overall, it’s okay but very crowded, and the experience depends on what you’re looking for.

Quiet beach where you can take boat trips and go horseback...

Quiet beach where you can take boat trips and go horseback riding. Close to restaurants, cafes, cheap clothing stalls, massage and a couple of 7/11's. Great area if you want to have a quiet escape with a book or just "me" time. No malls, no hustle & bustle, no hard sell. A stunning sun-set!

Kamala Beach is absolutely beautiful with stunning views! It can get a bit busy, so I recommend arriving early to secure a good spot. Also, make sure to stay hydrated because it gets very hot during the day. Overall, a great beach experience!

Room for improvement to be clean and well organised to manage shops, restaurants, and massages to welcome tourists from around the world. Now is dirty not only because of trash from the waves but also on the beach with all shops - does not clean their own area. Recommend Bangtao Beach from the middle up towards the north to Layan Beach.

Friendly Thai people, peaceful environment, and a great location near the new township and Nai Harn Beach—much nicer than the usual Patong area. Plenty of halal food and convenience stores nearby. A perfect healing spot.

Recommendation for restaurants = "My Front Yard" is a new location with several different types of restaurants. Ate at three of them and the food and service was excellent. Recommend "Home Sweet Home" as the close by go to coffee shop.
