Incredible facilities, everything was modern, spotless and luxurious. The Executive Suite room, with the large hot tub and city view, was well worth the upgrade. The rooftop restaurant Bangrak Grill was outstanding and reasonably priced. The token system was also very interesting, wish more hotels would follow this example. Loved the Spa that was open until midnight.

From the moment we walked in, we felt a warm smile and a sincere welcome, and this feeling stayed with us throughout our stay. The hotel is in a great location, just a stone's throw away from the night market. The hotel staff speaks great Laos and English speciel Tee Super helpfull and friendly . The room is large, clean and tidy, fully equipped, the air conditioner is quiet and cool, the bed is very comfortable, and there is a rich breakfast. You can go to the front desk to go sightseeing or change money and call a taxi, which is very convenient. Thank you very much for your service . Highly recommend

Location was just 2 steps away from BTS, quiet but also lively environment with lot’s of café/ restaurants european style, 7 eleven and atm at 10m. Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel and service was simply amazing - the best so far in my experience. The room was clean and tidy, all facilities were in order. They even have their own app - upon downloading it, you can order any extra things to your room - super convenient. Breakfasts are included, and the variety of dishes is great, you can find whatever you fancy. I'm vegan, and I was able to find right options every morning. Tip: if you want coffee with vegetable milk, just ask the staff:) Location was also perfect - you have your own dedicated exit to the BTS station. Highly recommend!

The staff are really lovely. You can order a massage at the front desk and the masseuse comes to your room. As of Feb 2025, 400b for a Thai massage and 600b for an oil massage. You can take a tuktuk to the market for 80b roundtrip or it's a 25min walk. It's a 10min walk the other direction to the mangrove forest. There are laundry services for 35b per piece of clothing and they'll do it within the day if you send it in the morning. It's mostly Thai tourists there, everyone really nice and respectful. There's a fire show on the beach at the weekends too. It's good value for money considering the high quality of the location and beautiful swimming pool. There's also a cafe next to reception with really nice quality iced coffee and drinks. A real luxury cafe.

We loved this property! It is very modern, urban chic and so tastefully done. The room is spacious and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable huge bed, wifi and everything you could need. We had a balcony overlooking the pool and the river. The pool is gorgeous and we enjoyed a few swims. Drinks, breakfast, one complimentary afternoon tea and dinner at the restaurant were all fantastic. The resort organised a day tour for us which we loved. It was a long day though with a bit of walking but we enjoyed experiencing Hellfire Pass and getting to see the countryside. The staff in reception had excellent English which made communication easy. Worth every cent and I highly recommend this property.

I like SE Asia as my destination choice of travel and, simply love Chang Mai. Generally I tend to visit during the end of the peak season rather than the beginning of it. In my view it also gives a fair chance to speak with other world wide travellers, pick up tips and suggestions for other places of interest.

Not really close to the beach. probably 17 mins walk. Wish there was a table and chairs in the room to sit instead of a lounge chair. Electrical outlets are old and not working, only 2 outlets seem to work off and on. Sewage smell is strong. A bit over priced for our stay compared to what we paid for much nicer hotel in Bangkok.

Koh Phi Phi is great.

Koh Phi Phi is great. If the weather had been better, then I would have preferred to have more time for outdoor activities. Since it was not good, there was only so much you can do on this tiny island. I stayed at the Relax Resort and would not have changed my selection. It was so pretty! The snorkeling just outside our door was surprisingly good. There are so many activities to choose from during your stay. We took a speedboat to Koh Phi Phi from Krabi and again from Koh Phi Phi to Phuket. Both were pleasant and fast.

The hotel is in a great location on top of the old town and seconds from great shops, coffee bars and a vast range of venues. It is an excellent value place to stay if you want to be in the centre. The old town is great for the Sunday walking street and has everything to offer. A selection of different music artists, brilliant choice of street food and lots to spend your money on. Various secured beaches, lots of greenery but also a little run down in places. Trips to Koh Rok and Koh Haa excellent for snorkelling. Nothing to see in sea here sadly. Lovely food from many restaurants. Klong Nin I felt was the perfect choice in middle of island, quite but lots to see. Easy to explore but tuk tuk more exp. National park and monkeys worth seeing as is old town. Drove to Lanta Noi across bridge, very rustic and traditional. I’d highly recommend spending some time here

excellent hotel and facilities.

excellent hotel and facilities. Wonderfull enormous pool. distance to the airport for an airport hotel is a little disappointingly far; it takes a good 20 min by taxi from the airport. The return journey is slightly of shorter duration.

Beaches are filled with litter and the water is murky and small areas designated for swimming. Ok to sunbathe and relax but not good for swimming. Prices have gone up significantly as compared to my previous two visits. Massage parlors have changed into these factory cutter style shops with massage chairs next to one another, bright lights, no privacy, no way to relax. Locals seemed to have “tourist-fatigue” much more impatient and money driven. Food was great as usual, but less fresh seafood choices available.
