Overall this property was clean, had a good balance of lively activity and restful periods throughout the day. The staff were all very happy and friendly. Myself and partner had a bad start to our holiday being at El Mouradi Palace, nevertheless Iberostar changed our perspective on Tunisia and was more than willing to get are second attempt to our holiday started on the right note. Staff were more than helpful when hearing about our previous experience. There were also no complaints about the food.

Everything is perfect: the staff is extremely kind and available for any kind of need, many nice activites, funniest and very decent animation team, the food is yummy. It was so good that I had to book for 3 more nights because we wanted to stay more. I also tried the massage and the spa, perfect! we will be definitely back again and again, as soon as we can
