In the hotel everything was fabulous. The staff were phenomenal and the level of service outstanding. We had visited the theme park in the summer and decided never to go back but this level of service and attention to detail changed our mind. There were so many people that made our stay so good it would be unfair to mention anyone in particular, everyone contributed to a warm safe friendly atmosphere

Perfect stay for our family of 5. The suite is super comfortable and the kids were crazy about the paw patrol design. Brand new hotel, excellent facilities, helpful staff, breakfast, lunch and dinner options within the full board are exceptional. You have a personal assistant who is assisting you with whatever you need dyring the stay. Breakfast with characters totally worthed as they make quite the show. Countless activities for kids inside the hotel. Park acceas is included and you get fast track if you have a suite.

How i can thank you for that wonderful vacation we have? Best hotel i visit.. I went to Rixos Premium , Titanic Lara, Limak Lara and others but all of them aren't close to ETHNO BELEK.. The atmosphere, the place vibes, Kids club ( it's another Level), the stuff all over the hotel and everything.. Best hotel at Belek.. We are family with different ages from 40 to 4 years Special thanks for ( EKREM & SINEM ) from Ethos team ( Maria & Merve) from kids club. No words will be enough to thank you🙏🏻🙏🏻

Simply put it was a wonderful break. We had a fantastic suite (4216) overlooking the centre of the hotel and managed to be upgraded to use of the Lagoon Restaurant which is normally I believe for use with Lagoon Suites. For the entire duration of our stay guest services , in particular Alina and Veronika, were wonderful. We would love to come back again.

Lovely quiet resort for a family holiday. The unlimited Land of Legends access is certainly a great feature, and shuttles work exceptionally well. This, along with the tennis courts available any time, football academy for kids/teenagers running twice a day, Rixie kids club with full on all day activities will definitely keep a family entertained, as well as deliver some time for adults. Great variety of food at breakfast/lunch/dinner, as well as snack restaurants if one didn’t have enough. Superb choice of refreshments with diverse choice of beers, proper cocktails, and other drinks.

Ela excellence was just an amazing experience, I was afraid to change hotel that I always go their, but I found that it is the right decision to change because it is 100% better in everything food, rooms, staff.., when I arrived I was surprised that I have two assistants Sude and Metin to assist my vacation days and nights, everyday they send me on whatsapp the scedule of the day to not miss any detail in the hotel which is a very important thing. If I need anything in the hotel I just send message to Sude or Metin, the service will be done in less than 5 minutes😁, they were very helpful and kind persons. I realy love this hotel and I recomand it with all my forces. Thank you ELA EXCELLENCE, thank you Sude, thank you Metin for all your kindness. I will never forget this experiece and I am sure to visit it again.

Me and my family stayed for 11 nights and as we live in different parts of the world, I wanted to find something clean and well-maintained with great service, and we found it here! The property is big enough and very pretty for evening walks, food was fresh, delicious and had great variety, everyone was friendly and ready to help! We also loved that lunch can be taken at the beach, the view of the sea was superb. Me and my mom especially enjoyed the group sports classes, yoga at the beach at 9am was highlight of this trip! We spent some rainy days between the heated pool and hamam, so we didn’t feel like missing out. The spa area was clean and spacious and not crowded. We also upgraded the room mid-stay for one with a private pool access and it was perfect for early morning and late night swims!

We loved the family friendly environment, the convenience of having things available in one place such as the buffet restaurant as well as other places to eat when it was not open. Very impressed by the level of service provided especially the WhatsApp messaging services. The staff were amazing, they were always happy to help. We were also assigned a personal guest relations staff who we had the number for, she kept in touch throughout our stay.

I had first booked for 3 days. We had such a good time that we extended for an extra week. It is a fantastic hotel for people who want to party. Some days I had enough of partying so I could relax on the beach. The food was very tasty and the staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. You can definitely expect me back in July. Everything was amazing- the staff, the live entertainment, and I was surprised at the quality of the food given the huge amount of people needing to be served. I did tons of research before deciding on Susesi as I have 3 kids from 10 to 19 years old and wanted to be sure it would be enjoyed by all. It did not disappoint and we all had a great time.

We never made it to the town centre as we were on a short...

We never made it to the town centre as we were on a short break. Land of Legends is what most people come for. Our Grandchildren loved the park. The shopping centre is first class with a huge range of shops to choose from. There are some excellent restaurants, with prices to suit most budgets. The light and water shows in the centre were fantastic.

The hotels in Belek are beautiful and well-maintained, and the Land of Legends is definitely worth visiting. The beach is also clean and enjoyable. Be cautious with taxis and small shops that don’t display prices. There are many scams – I once forgot to ask the price for a glass of orange juice and ended up paying $10! Taxis often reject Uber and give unfair prices.
