Staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Chef Emrah was especially helpful and spoke good English which made everything from ski hire to special requests much smoother. Staff went above and beyond to help, offering rides to/from the hotel to the ski lifts (which is usually just a 2 minute walk), took on suggestions for breakfast/dinner options, and accommodated late checkout. Staying at Balsoy was like staying at a second home, highly recommend.

I loved everything. The breakfast was delicious. Hakan bey at reception was super helpful. The room was plenty big for our family of five. The shower was great hot water and pressure. The location was perfect for riding on public transportation or walking to the center.

The front staff extremely kind, took us up town in order to purchase a bus ticket for the next day. He was very helpful answered many questions for us. This hotel is very clean, bed very comfortable, nice hot shower, great breakfast. Location of hotel is perfect, close to downtown, but on back street very quiet.
