One of our favorite spots in the hotel was the hot chocolate station by the fireplace. Sitting by the warm fire, sipping on rich, creamy hot chocolate while watching the snowfall was an unforgettable experience that added to the charm of our stay. Mr Serkan , Fahrettin, Emir, Alperen were amazing, it is not easy to name all , all staff were extremely helpful and nice. Never been in a hotel where each and every staff working is perfectly trained.

We had an amazing time staying at this hotel. The view and the facilities were excellent. The staff were very professional yet friendly and accommodating, especially the Front Office team of Mr. Mehmet Kiral and Ms Serap. We also enjoyed the delicious buffet spread at its restaurant. The waiters were friendly and helpful too especially Mr Ozgur. Well Done!
