Staff were really friendly, answered any questions I had, and always offered to help in any way possible, even without asking. Some of the nicest hotel staff I’ve met!! Room was comfortable and clean. No faults!! Hotel is also in a great location, next to convenience stores, a metro station, and only 10 minutes from TSA airport. But no noise disruption whatsoever!!

-top-notch services from lift boy/girl, receptionist, bellboy and other staffs. -free a voucher for drink (from coffee, tea to juices) to be claimed from a downstairs cafe -variety of delicious buffet-style breakfast -vintage decor but super clean facilities -Taipei Main Station M3 exit is just right beside the hotel, less than 30 seconds walk -good quality and fragrance body wash, conditioner, lotion, face wash/hand wash foam -great value for money (some other so called 3 star 4 star hotel with similar price didn’t offer as much) -3 lifts available and pretty quick Basically, we love every single thing of the hotel~

Great location just across from SongShan MRT station, very convenient , close proximity to the famous Raohe night market and Wufenpu Shopping district. There is a 24-hour Japanese restaurant which is great if you wanna grab very early or late night meals. The room was well equipped with attention to details, clean, modern and spacious. We also love the interior of the hotel and room. Those lovely furniture definitely set this hotel apart from the rest (of similar class).

Great staff! Thank you for the team. They were super helpful and more than willing to help. Everything you need is in the hotel room. Hotel facilities (sauna, gym, swimming pool) and restaurants are in great condition. There are two big shopping malls in walking distance. The museum and Songshan airport is just 5-10 mins by car. Will definately stay here again.

Everywhere is nice and food is literally everywhere.

Everywhere is nice and food is literally everywhere. Favorite places are Ximending and Tamsui. We ate a lot of foods on different night markets like Raohe Night Market, Ximending, Shilin Night Market and a lot more. Getting around Taipei is very convenient either by Bus of Trains. Taipei offers a lot of activities such as Daily Tours that would ease the travellers of getting around Taipei.

The curiosity of the range of food preps and cuisine. Difficulty communicating with most taxi drivers but was thankful to the hotel staff for having the location written in Tai language making it easier. In addition, unfortunately I was not able to do site seeing as my time schedule was tight for attendance for the medical conference.

Public transport is so well-developed and affordable that you can almost go to anywhere within the city. Also, less than 1 hour trip takes you to beautiful nature. Food, culture, people --- Taiwan is the top most favorite destination!
