Our stay in this hotel was great. The staff was extraordinary friendly and helpful at all times. The bed / the mattress was very comforable, the room was spacious. Breakfast choices were good. Dinner was great. You could always get free soft drinks. We really enjoyed staying there. The Drury Inn is our new favorite hotel brand!

Omg! Where do I start! Little hiccup at check-in but Shaniq (hope I'm spelling her name properly) resolved the issue and came up with a solution (where her superior could/would not!) I love staff like Shaniq who are resolution-orientated. And she was so sweet and polite during the whole process. Please give this lovely lady a promotion! I've worked in plenty of 4/5 star hotels and this lady is a gem! We ended up getting the BEST villa in the resort in my opinion! The balcony with the alligators and turtles outside every morning was a dream! The 3 pools were amazing and accessible to people with mobility issues. The kids pool was heated which was amazing. The pool bar staff was lovely. The shop/restaurant was so handy for any little bits that you forgot to bring with you (but the convenience came at a cost). The free parking was a bonus. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. I wish I could have stayed longer!

Extremely helpful checkin staff (Ki-Nera I think her name was) charging us a very modest fee to enable us to check-in pretty much after our plane had landed and we’d picked up hire car ( this was ultra long-haul from North Queensland Australia so this level of courtesy so appreciated. Our king bed room was very spacious for the most part with a lounge, table, bar fridge, microwave Lots of towels and face washers, hand towels and bath mats so no need to ask for extra Ice bucket in room and access to help-yourself ice machine Small super market and myriad food options a literal walk acrosss the road. Hop on/off red and green bus line actually inside hotel site

Our stay was enjoyable, great for a young family. Staff were extremely friendly. Especially Lucy, she went above and beyond. Accommodation is dated, but we were aware of this before booking. Accomodation, was clean and comfortable. Great that the house had washing machine and dryer, and kitchen. Things they could consider adding to the rooms, kettle, teaspoons, tin opener and peeler. If we are traveling to Kissimmee in the future , we would consider coming back to this resort.

Our stay at the hotel was simply wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and kindness that we immediately felt at home. Every member of the staff was incredibly attentive and always ready to help with a smile. The facilities are modern, clean, and very comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a fun-filled day. Plus, being so close to Universal Studios was a huge bonus; we were at the park within minutes. We would definitely come back again and again!

The first part of my trip was wonderful after my cruise. The resort stay was best. Then I checked into a nightmare. The Holiday Inn room had bedbugs & I was put in a room that not disability accessible. Management didn't help much. Seeking a refund after finding the bedbugs. I wasn't able to sleep nor eat. I was sick & uncomfortable. Ruined my entire stay.

Make sure you eat at Boston Lobster Feast on 192 , sign up for email and get $10 off buffet. Go to Al Capone dinner show, and definitely go to Medieval Times Dinner Theater. All of them are worth the money.

I have been going to Florida since I was a child.

I have been going to Florida since I was a child. While we have mostly stayed in the outskirts of Disney and their main gates, the last few years we have ventured more into other burbs and Orlando. I-4 makes it easy to get from one end of Florida to the other. We enjoy Chinatown, Winter Garden, and Baldwin Park.

The location of our rental property was centrally located ( 20-30 min drive)to all of the theme parks. While we only visited the Universal parks, Disney is just around the corner from the property. There are many food venues near the rental, as well as numerous Pubix and Walmarts to pick up any necessities. The kitchen has everything needed for a quick meal at home, if you so desire. The swimming pool was available, although we did not have time to use it. The pool and deck were spotless, as was the whole house. Wonderful stay.

Given a chance I would rate this hotel at 0 out of 10.

Given a chance I would rate this hotel at 0 out of 10. I would like to give a zero rating to the hotel management (the manager) as he was showing no interest at all to talk when I said somebody stole the spare tire and wheel of my Jeep Wrangler car when parking in the hotel parking lot overnight. His response and behavior was rude as he took not even a minute to talk and explain, he simply said hotel is not responsible for any damages/losses in the parking lot to the vehicles and he said hotel doesn't have security cameras in the parking lot. I wonder why do they charge parking fee of $20 per night when they are not responsible for the vehicles and it is insane for such a big hotel to have no security cameras in the parking lot.

Personally, I am very easy to please, and Kissimmee was exactly what my family needed. The attractions are conveniently located. Aquatica water park was only a 20-minute drive, and SeaWorld was just in between. The Old Town House is adorable and caters to all types of people. My family truly enjoyed every moment of our trip.
