Buffet breakfast, from 1730 till 1900 buffet food with drinks and vouchers for alcohol. This is all free of charge. Transportation to and from the parks free running throughout the day.. Great location if you are going to the Universal parks and close to 3 different golf stores if you are into that thing. Complimentary breakfast was good, multiple selections of food to choose from. Shower experience out of this world for a hotel, hot with great water pressure. Best shower in a hotel I have had. King size bed too.

Omg! Where do I start! Little hiccup at check-in but Shaniq (hope I'm spelling her name properly) resolved the issue and came up with a solution (where her superior could/would not!) I love staff like Shaniq who are resolution-orientated. And she was so sweet and polite during the whole process. Please give this lovely lady a promotion! I've worked in plenty of 4/5 star hotels and this lady is a gem! We ended up getting the BEST villa in the resort in my opinion! The balcony with the alligators and turtles outside every morning was a dream! The 3 pools were amazing and accessible to people with mobility issues. The kids pool was heated which was amazing. The pool bar staff was lovely. The shop/restaurant was so handy for any little bits that you forgot to bring with you (but the convenience came at a cost). The free parking was a bonus. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. I wish I could have stayed longer!

The bed was the best bed I had slept in my whole stay in Orlando and we only stayed for one night in the Hard Rock Hotel. The cover was super soft, warm and comfortable, the pillow was just right and the temperature in the room allowed for shorts and shirts only. The room was perfectly clean and there was free coffee for in the morning. The pool was absolutely gorgeous at night and if you wanted to eat by the pool, you had the option of doing so, going for a swim while they prepped your meal and the server would call you once it was ready. Obviously the location was perfect for going to Universal. If you want to go to Universal, you just have to stay overnight in the Hard Rock Hotel! I wish we would have stayed an extra night, because I did not get to enjoy the amazing ambiance and collection of the Hard Rock Hotel to the extent I would have liked.

The facilities are really exceptional and the staff are very professional and friendly. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The location is great and the amenities are in pristine condition. The condo was far above our expectations and the crockery, cutlery, pots and pans are of very good quality. The mattresses are extremely comfortable and the bedding was high quality, so were the towels, both bath and swimming towels. Summer Bay is a jewel, especially for families visiting Disney World, Universal Studios, general sightseeing or just relaxing at the resort.

Great rooms, full kitchen and living room, enough space around the dining room table for the entire family. The pool is fabulous. Michael Driscoll, director of guest services, is a star. He stored our sons dialysis supplies in his office until we got here and arranged for it all to be brought up to the room. He took excellent care of us. We have stayed on a number of occasions now and look forward to our next visit 😀

Me n my family love the hotel it was very clean the water park was awesome my granddaughter loved it. We r planning on going back very soon . The staff was awesome no complaints from us at all. We had a little issue with the toilet it had a leak on the floor I called the front desk within minutes the maintenance guy came a fix the issue. I would recommend this place to anyone.

We came to Orlando to see my family, we all went to the science center. We spent pretty much all day there. Then we went to Chillis for dinner. The Science center was great for the kids, very interactive! Of course, the traffic in Orlando is not fun to be in but you just have to take a deep breath and deal with it.

Kissimmee is a nice area , just like everywhere it has its areas you have to be careful. Traffic is bad but it is a tourist area so expect that. Most people are very nice and helpful you do have some that act like they hate tourist. Overall I would recommend this area, the hotels are reasonable in price and most don’t charge a parking fee which I like and think it’s stupid when they do. You will enjoy Kissimmee , every place has its ups and downs but overall it’s more on the ups.

I think Orlando is one of the best location on earth for family outing and entertainment. Every 2 miles you will find a good place to enjoy and eat. Climatic conditions are just perfect for the picnic. Plan atleast for a week!

The location of our rental property was centrally located ( 20-30 min drive)to all of the theme parks. While we only visited the Universal parks, Disney is just around the corner from the property. There are many food venues near the rental, as well as numerous Pubix and Walmarts to pick up any necessities. The kitchen has everything needed for a quick meal at home, if you so desire. The swimming pool was available, although we did not have time to use it. The pool and deck were spotless, as was the whole house. Wonderful stay.
