You cannot get a better experience than this. Period. Probably the best stay of my life. The host is super nice, he literally always had a cup of tea ready for us as soon as we stepped into the hotel. The views are stunning, there is a road that leads up to this and is very scenic. You can easily rent bicycles/motorbikes to tour the village. There is a free foot massage as well. The host gave us gifts as well at the time of departure. Everything was perfect.

Lovely friendly and helpful staff. Nice pool, not quite like the pictures - no petals, white towels or cocktails and insufficient loungers - but it was quiet when we were there. Our room was by the pool and could hear the kitchens but you can ask for an upstairs room if preferred. Not in Ning binh but in Tam coc near boats. Reception can get a taxi for you for NB and for Hanoi. NB very busy full of people.

Everything was perfect!! The lady speaks perfect english and has a beautiful smile and heart. She helped us arranging transfer from Hanoi to the homestay, later even to the train station and also recommended places to visit. I was thankful that I could communicate with her on whatsapp. Her family (including their 2 dogs) is also kind, helpful and respectful. The breakfast was fulfilling, I didn’t mind that it was the same every morning because it was delicious. It was served in a cute rooftop balcony area which had a good view. The whole homestay located next to a paddy field which looks magical with the frogs and goats chilling around. Also it is not in the middle of the noisy center, but still not that far from it. The guests can use the bicycles for free which we did but it was much more tiring then we expected, so in the rest of our trip we rented their motorbike and we loved that we could wonder around with it. The room is also spacious, the AC works perfectly, the bed comfortable and it has everything you need. The laundry service also helped us out a lot. I’m extremely thankful that since we left with a night train they let us use their pool, take a shower and stay at the garden after checkout with our luggages and also brought us to the station at night. They are the kindest, I wish your family all the best We will be back one day

We arrive in a small, isolated spot, but close to the city and points of interest. The staff are really very attentive and give advice to help you plan your trip. You can book an excursion, scooters with a really good price . At any time, the staff will respond to your requests with commendable professionalism and kindness. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped . And the breakfast was hearty and delicious Thank you for your warm and kind welcome. We'll be happy to come back when the pickleball court is built.

The beds are super comfy! The room is very clean no bugs either which was a win! The staff are very helpful. We got to use the cycling bikes for free whenever we wanted and we could also hire a motorbike and the price was a decent price. The area is nice and quiet not near loud music it’s a very nice area and there is a gym not far away either. I recommend if you want to stay somewhere comfy and not it a loud area. Food places are not far away and the shops are pretty close as well. Also Netflix in the room which is a win
