Amazing. Perfect location, great facilities, the apartments were beautiful and had everything you could need! The sea view ones are exceptional. The staff were so welcoming and the service was excellent! The team made us all (including my toddler) feel so at home and took incredible care of us . Loved the stay, we will be back!

I am lucky enough, through my job as a flight attendant, to travel the world, and Cape Town is simply my favourite place in the world. Cape Town has everything. Scenery, mountains, beaches, vineyards and the food and drink is reasonably priced and the best I have ever tasted. Cape Town is simply stunning.

It is a vibey town.

It is a vibey town. First world, a great mix of restaurants and shops. Scenery and drives out of Stellenbosch were beautiful. Definitely needed more time to explore and enjoy the town and countryside. Many wine farms not far from Stellenbosch. A gem to explore

We had a wonderful stay at Whale Away Guesthouse. Our host welcomed us warmly on arrival and took the time to tell us about all the best things to see and do in Hermanus. The room was stylish, perfectly clean, and the personal welcome note with chocolates and flowers made us feel truly special and at home. The luxurious bathroom products were an unexpected treat, adding to the feeling of a very high-end stay. On our anniversary, she surprised us with a bottle of wine and a handwritten congratulatory note — such a thoughtful and heartfelt gesture, and we really appreciated the effort she put in.

It is a lovely town.

It is a lovely town. For South Africans paying in rands everything is just quite expensive. We enjoyed the art galleries and the wineries in the vicinity. The fine dining at Chefs Warehouse was excellent.

We had a good stay here at Lakeside Lodge. Comfortable and everything we needed. The view was awesome. A fan would have been great, but overall it was nice. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. We ended up staying an extra night.

W love Plettenberg Bay, its our favourite destination. Beaches are exquisite. Just sad to see the number of baby seals strewn across the beach after the storm. We ate well at Enricos, slops in town was a lovely place.

Mossel Bay is a great place to holiday and stay.

Mossel Bay is a great place to holiday and stay. All amenities are close-by : shops, entertainment, restaurants, nice little shops to browse around in. Museums are informative and showcases the history well. Getting around is easy (not during the high local holiday season). From highly adventurous activities to do for example shark cage diving, sky diving etc to lazing on the beach. During my stay the weather was perfect!

Oudtshoorn will definitely become our permanent home one day. The people there are just on a different vibe. They are friendly and polite even if the weather reaches highs in the 40s. they have the best biltong by far.

We enjoyed the scenery and quietness around the Wilderness Lake View. We were also thankful for Spar being close by to get cold drinks during a hot and sunny day with a scorching sun burning on our skin adding vitamin D and a tan to keep the holiday spirit alive!

George appeared to be a nice small town.

George appeared to be a nice small town. While entering through the highway, there are a few patches that appear kind of unsafe and disappointing, but most part of the town is good. The nearby places like Victoria Bay and Mossel Bay (didn’t visit) are good.
