The staff were super friendly, dinners were tasty (the seared tuna especially!), the resort itself was gorgeous and beautifully designed around the trees. The treehouse bures were tiny but comfortable. The beach was crystal blue and beautiful. The kava ceremony and the welcome and goodbye songs sung with the guitar by the staff were amazing! The activities put on each day were fun too :) It was an easy place to make friends and would be great for solo travellers.

A fine resort. Nice snorkeling. Staff were great. The dorm was huge and a little loud, though people were very respectful.

The staff were great. The meals varied between inedible and good. Breakfast was probably the best value for money. We went to the resort to see manta rays, a bucket list item... we did. The best shore snorkelling we have seen in quite some time. The corals were extensive and alive.

The breakfast at Mantaray resort was the best one I had in my travels through the islands (where I stayed in several resorts).

Lovely island. Really comfy beds and the tree houses were lovely. Great snorkelling right outside the resort. The food was delicious but sadly not many vegetarian options. Everything was really clean & the staff were lovely.

The setting was perfect, a lovely beach with an incredible reef accessible either side of high tide by simply swimming out. Free access to kayaks and stand up paddle boards. The Manta Ray snorkel was incredible, you simply wait for the conch to be blown (it means they have been sighted in the channel) then you run for the beach and make sure you are signed up and ready to go. The trip is about FIJI $60 per person. There are plenty of other trips but we simply relaxed in the resort. Very friendly staff and nice food for a reasonable price.

Location is the main thing going for this resort, snorkelling directly off the beach was unreal and the opportunity to see manta rays is unique. You can’t see sunrise but you can see the sunset by walking to the other side of the island. Some of the staff members (Mika) make a genuine effort to make you feel welcomed.

Nice resort with an amazing beach on the island right in front to which you can get using the free kayaks.

Amazing corals for snorkeling accessible right in front of the resort. The guided snorkeling we hired was also phenomenal. Loved the way they recicle their own water from the ocean and the eco toilets. The whole resort vibe is immaculate, perfect balance between an eco relaxed stay and a comfortable resort.
